Media, culture and technology

You’ll undertake an extensive research project in a specific area of interest to you. Through this project you’ll learn valuable skills in project planning and management and the critical analysis, interpretation and communication of results. With this degree, you will develop research skills and apply them while undertaking a scholarly project as part of the program.

During your studies, you will gain a sophisticated understanding of a complex body of multidisciplinary knowledge including: infectious diseases intelligence; leadership and workforce management; strategic planning and change management; quality improvement and health program and policy design; and implementation and evaluation.

The program fosters judgment-ready practitioners who can contribute to improving population health and work across a range of contexts including ministries and departments of health, government and non-government and voluntary organisations, primary care and community healthcare services in both public and private sectors.

This Honours degree gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Construction Management and Property by undertaking a significant research project. You have the option to specialise in building, property development or quantity surveying, or complete a generalist Honours degree that covers all these areas.

Following completion of the Honours year, you may apply to undertake a research degree such as the Master of Philosophy, Masters by Research or a PhD.
