The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) has been designed with consultation from industry to set you up for lifelong employability. By combining your BCom with a Bachelor of Arts, you can choose from a diverse range of majors and subjects in the arts, humanities and social sciences. You'll develop an in-depth knowledge and breadth of understanding, gaining the tools to think critically, communicate effectively and conduct independent research.

The Master of Finance is a specialist degree for graduates who have completed a finance major in their undergraduate studies and now want to take on more advanced topics. It has been developed in close consultation with the finance sector and exposes you to the latest thinking and research in finance.

You'll be taught by industry-leading academics and researchers, gaining a competitive advantage in your financial career via the latest theories and practical techniques.

This double degree is for engineers in the fields of physical metallurgy, materials engineering, ceramic engineering or process metallurgy who want to become skilled in technical management and more aware of the economic and social aspects of the engineering profession. The Materials Science component teaches you theoretical and practical skills that will put you at the forefront of innovation in developing materials that are lighter, greener and stronger. UNSW’s Business School’s Master of Commerce Extension (MCom (Ext)) is a postgraduate coursework degree that can be completed in two-years full-time. Designed in consultation with industry, this degree prepares you with a depth of knowledge, a breadth of experience, and the hands-on experience needed to succeed across diverse careers in business.  

With 14 specialisations to choose from, the MCom (Ext) allows you to study one or two areas of business. You’ll then broaden your knowledge through electives that prepare you for future careers, such as analytics or FinTech.

The Master of Global Health (Extension) provides you with the advanced knowledge and technical capacities to contribute to disease control, health promotion, health services development and public health research across a wide range of populations and countries. It fosters sophisticated knowledge and skills that can be applied to a broad range of highly complex public health issues in global health.

This degree also includes a research project which will cultivate your critical thinking and communication skills as you explore contemporary health issues globally. You will be equipped with specialised professional skills needed for research and professional practice to work globally in health departments, with government and non-government organisations (NGOs), and with international and bilateral aid agencies in both the public and private sectors.

This double degree combines specialised knowledge in Engineering with the variety of possibilities available in an Arts degree. Mechanical and manufacturing engineers apply scientific and engineering knowledge to the development, manufacture and distribution of all types of products. They research, design, build, test, maintain and improve almost everything, from power plants and renewable energy systems to robots and cars.

In this degree, you’ll learn how to transform a design from a conceptual stage into a prototype and finally into a commercially viable product. You’ll integrate the knowledge gained from this degree into a framework and process that allows you to implement your designs, solutions and ideas in a commercial environment.

This program enables you to better understand infectious diseases in the era of new and emerging disease threats. You'll also learn sophisticated management approaches for the identification, assessment, prevention and control of infectious diseases.

The Master of Public Health is widely regarded as essential for a career in population health, including health promotion, primary health care, policy formulation, research and management of health programs. When combined with the Masters of Infectious Disease Intelligence, you'll acquire a deep understanding of multidisciplinary knowledge including infectious diseases intelligence, policy design, implementation and evaluation.
