The Diploma in Indigenous Independent Digital Filmmaking at Capilano University is an undergraduate program which extends for a period of two years and is offered by the School of Motion Picture Arts. The Diploma in Arts and Entertainment Management is a two year long undergraduate program offered by the Faculty of Fine & Applied Arts at the School of Applied Arts, Capilano University. This is a one of kind program that provides students with opportunities to work in creative arts and entertainment industry. The first year of the course focuses on a wide array of course such as details about arts and entertainment industry, computer applications, production and design, event management, managing funds and finances and son on. Capilano University has a comprehensive program for international students called Early Childhood Care & Education Pathway which spans over a period of 1 year. This program is designed as a result of collaboration between English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program. This program is specially designed for students who study at the top two levels of the EAP program. 

This program is exclusively designed for international students in order to work with their English speaking skills and help them gain credentials. The Pathway program allows students to begin getting credit for an ECCE credential which is beneficial when they wish to take up further post-secondary education. Upon successful completion of the Pathway Program, you will have earned 9 credits you can apply toward your ECCE credential.

The Diploma in Communication Studies at Capilano University is a comprehensive 2 yearlong undergraduate program. The diploma is an extensive 60 credit program for students who wish to build a career in communication and its various verticals.  This program deals with the enhancement of the skills needed to understand the study of communications as well as the way it affects relationships, culture, history as well as technology. 

This diploma helps foster a better understanding of the said subject by means of intertwining other discipline such as anthropology, political science, sociology, and history as well as business management. The Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at the School of Business, Capilano University offers a two year long diploma in Business. The said course is great for students who wish to work in business management and operate a business venture of their own. Divided into a total of four semesters, the first two semesters provide a solid foundation and basic knowledge about business administration and the practical skills required. The subjects taught during the first year include accounting, finance, communications, sales, marketing and organizational behavior. The second year however focuses on more peculiar subject matters as well as hands on experience for the students. 

It is a two year undergraduate degree program which deals with different aspects of business and financial management.. Students study introductory level subjects in fields pertaining to Business administration and as the degree progresses students have a more in depth knowledge with courses in financial accounting, corporate finance, business law etc. The end of the program is marked by important subjects such as accounting theory, fraud awareness and various other disciplines.

The Bachelor program majoring in Jazz Studies is a four year long program that deals with various aspects of the said subjects such as jazz performances, composing music and theoretical knowledge about music pertaining to the field of jazz. This degree deals with the playing, composing, teaching and conduction of jazz music. 

The two-year diploma comprises the first two years of the Bachelor of Music and gives students the skills to develop a career as a self-employed music professional. Students are taught about the history of music, about the influential figures in Jazz Music, research, analysis and notation of jazz music. Students are required to produce scholarly work that shows a firm contextual understanding of music theory and history as well as exercise self-discipline and a strong work ethic in the development of performance and composition skills.
