The Bachelor of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) offers students a range of academic and education courses that blend theory and practice in the early years, engaging with research and theory.

The Diploma in Human Kinetics majoring in Physical Education offered at Capilano University is an under graduate program that extends for a period of 2 years. The Human Kinetics program provides students with a two-year, four-semester program of study. The program is based on a core of university transfer courses that allow students the option of transferring into Bachelor degree programs in Physical Education, Kinesiology or Human Kinetics at Capilano University or other post-secondary institutions.

Students who are interested in sports and physical fitness can take up this program and make their career in their desired fields. Through this program students can build career in field such as coaching, physical education, fitness instruction, recreation programming and leadership. This diploma is a great transfer program and students can seek higher education in the same fields. 

The eight-month Accounting Assistant Certificate program trains students in accounting, bookkeeping, computer applications and office procedures; and prepares students for the workplace.

You'll also participate in a 2-week work practicum with a local company.

• Prepare business emails, letters and memos using fundamental principles of grammar, punctuation, and written communication skills so that the message is clearly transmitted.
• Apply basic math skills in the computation of the numerical aspects of business situations.

The North American Business Management Applied Post Baccalaureate Diploma (NABU Applied) builds knowledge about how to do business in North America for students from around the world.

International students and new permanent residents with an undergraduate degree completed outside of Canada can gain both North American business credentials and practical hands-on work experience in a North American organization.

This full-time program is offered in an accelerated format and includes a work placement practicum. Concentrations are available in marketing, human resources, international strategy & entrepreneurship and finance & investment.

The School of Motion Picture Arts at Capilano University offers a two year long undergraduate diploma in the field of Costuming for Stage & Screen. The aforementioned program is exclusively designed for students who wish to study the technical and creative aspects of costume designing and production for theatre and film. The course provides numerous opportunities for students to score jobs in the professional world owing to the practical experience provided in this program. 

Students learn a number of procedures and concepts involved in costuming such as costume history, textiles, wardrobe management and cutting and construction techniques. The college is also home to a number of campus theatre productions as well as student film projects, through these projects students gain practical experience. The graduates at Capilano University are well-qualified for entry-level positions in motion picture and theatre costuming departments. Students are also assisted with the construction of work specific portfolio in the costuming field. 

The Bachelor of Performing Arts is a four year long baccalaureate program offered by the School of Performing Arts at Capilano University. The BPA program is co-administered by Capilano University as well as Douglas College and is one of a kind in the entire country. This is an interdisciplinary performing arts degree and is crucial in shaping the future of the artists of tomorrow. 

The main focus of the BPA program is to provide the students practical hands on training and a chance to see things go about in the real world. Study North American management practices, selecting from four specializations: marketing, human resources, international strategy & entrepreneurship and finance & investment. Learn business skills from instructors with extensive industry expertise, and expand your connections during a two-month practicum with a North American organization.

The Advanced Business Administration is a one-year certificate program. In this program, students will gain the basic management skills to start a business career or launch your own business. In the program, you'll take classes in many areas, including business law, entrepreneurship, small business management and marketing.

Upon graduation, you'll be able to ladder your credits into the Business Administration diploma or Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
