Students who begin their studies in January are not eligible for co-op, and are required to begin their second semester immediately after the first semester.

In this eight-month graduate certificate program, you will learn about the advances in project management taking place in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This program teaches an understanding of when to apply methodologies in the IT industry, including when each methodology is appropriate to use. This program will also refine your project management skills by providing an enhanced awareness of IT projects, programs and policies in two consecutive semesters. This program offers an optional work term for students to gain practical experience in the IT sector prior to graduation.

In this three-year advanced diploma program, you will learn how to interpret schematic drawings, and use electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools. With an emphasis on automation and robotics, this program is a blend of electronics and mechanical engineering and focuses on training engineering technologists. You will acquire industry specific skills such as operating hydraulic and pneumatic machineries, using programmable logic controllers (PLC), and understanding machine elements and industrial automation. Classes and labs will be delivered in Seneca’s Centre for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship

This two-year diploma program prepares you for entry-level roles on the front line of the financial services industry.

You will learn fundamental business principles and practices that will allow you to provide financial advice related to day-to-day banking, credit and mutual fund investments. You will have the opportunity to complete industry-demanded courses that will open career opportunities in the investment and property and casualty insurance industries. In addition to the customer service training that you will receive as part of this program, you will choose further courses in one of four areas (emotional intelligence, business ethics, negotiation strategies, or intercultural behaviour and communication) to enhance your professional skills.

Mandatory Degree Co-op
A work experience that includes at least one term in a formal work environment.  In most cases the work term(s) is a paid position that is completed between two academic semesters and requires a minimum of 420 hours of work. Students must be in good standing and meet all identified requirements prior to participating in the work experience. The successful completion of the co-op work term(s) is required for graduation. Eligibility for participation does not guarantee that a work position will be secured. Additional fees are required for those participating in the mandatory co-op stream regardless of success in securing a work position.

This two-year diploma program provides you with a solid technical understanding and practical knowledge of international transportation, customs brokerage and international freight forwarding. You will gain valued expertise and knowledge to help companies effectively manage the movement of goods and services internationally in our complex global economy. Your learning will be further advanced by current and industry expert faculty members.
As a graduate of this program, you will receive a certificate from MSR, the e-customs company, and there will be opportunities for you to pursue a certificate in international freight forwarding from the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA).
