Our Culinary Arts program with specialisation in Bakery and Pastry Arts is intended to train ambitious entrepreneurs in the fields of pastry and bakery by building on the strengths of the foundational culinary arts curriculum. You will master the fundamentals of culinary arts, develop your palate and senses by exploring different techniques, ingredients and world cuisines. Students study practical-based courses such as Baking Technology, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Accounting, Management Principles, Baking Ingredients Studies, Food Product Development, Operations Management and Practical Baking Skills in Confectionery, Pastry and Artisan Bread Making. Further, our expert faculty, with their extensive academic & professional experience, acquaint students with the latest developments in the Bakery & Pastry Industry.

Our 2-Year Post Basic B. Sc Nursing at Chitkara School of Health Sciences is a bridge course offered to general Nursing Diploma holders to equate them with the graduate nurses. The graduates will be prepared to assume responsibility in the primary, secondary and tertiary care of people as professional nurses.

The program will help students develop an understanding of the philosophy, objectives and responsibilities of Nursing as a profession. The purpose of the course is to orient the students to the current concepts involved in the practice of Nursing and developments in the Nursing profession, integrating the knowledge of various fields and provide a holistic care to patients and their families through the promotion of healthcare, prevention of disease spread and infection, care during illness and rehabilitation at the recovery.
