You will master the fundamentals of culinary arts, develop your palate and senses by exploring different techniques, ingredients and world cuisines. Students study practical-based courses such as Baking Technology, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Accounting, Management Principles, Baking Ingredients Studies, Food Product Development, Operations Management and Practical Baking Skills in Confectionery, Pastry and Artisan Bread Making. Physiotherapists are health care professionals who diagnose and oversee the management of patients of all ages in order to improve their physical and functional abilities. They help individuals maintain optimal health, mobility and fitness, and prevent the onset or progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities related to disease, disorders and other conditions.

Due to mechanisation and an increasingly sedentary lifestyle, most people nowadays face multifarious musculoskeletal problems and complain of many issues such as backache, stiff shoulders and neck, osteoarthritis, spondylitis, knee pain, etc. Physiotherapists work wonderfully with mainstream doctors to help cure these dysfunctions. Our 2-Year Post Basic B. Sc Nursing at Chitkara School of Health Sciences is a bridge course offered to general Nursing Diploma holders to equate them with the graduate nurses. The graduates will be prepared to assume responsibility in the primary, secondary and tertiary care of people as professional nurses.
