An advanced undergraduate degree in Nursing to prepare the students to create a lucrative career in the field of nursing by training them in holistic nursing care in sync with global standards. With ever-increasing emphasis on healthcare, the demand for professionally trained nurses is also on a rise. Nursing field is considered one of the best choices for medically-inclined youth. This course trains the students in comprehensive patient care and different aspects of nursing like community health nursing, ICU nursing, critical care nursing etc.      

The Prosthodontics Department is responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in several areas: Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Occlusion and TMJ Dysfunction, Dental Implants and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. We are committed to continuing professional development and postgraduate courses. We strive to let our patients have a unique, holistic, professional experience when they visit our department. We are also committed to providing the highest standard of dental care available. The postgraduate programme is designed for advanced training in the rehabilitation of completely edentulous, partially edentulous patients and patients requiring Implants and Maxillofacial prosthesis.

The academic schedule is designed to include seminars, journal club presentations, case presentations and a dissertation. Courses are evaluated and updated annually for contents and are augmented with technology to teach the latest techniques in Prosthodontics within comprehensive treatment planning, Implant Dentistry, Occlusion and Aesthetics. We further aim to pursue research of high quality, and to constantly improve on our teaching techniques/methods.

Periodontology is the dental specialty that focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gingiva, or “gums” and other surrounding tissues. The Department of Periodontology & Oral Implantology educates the under graduate students in the didactic and clinical applications necessary to perform the entire spectrum of periodontal procedures. The department includes MDS programme which is a three-year program with an intake capacity of 5 students per year. The department also includes the Dental Hygiene Program, which has a intake capacity of 20 students per year. The goal of the Department is to promote periodontal dentistry as dental medicine where prevention can be practiced. Periodontists believe that personal good oral hygiene behaviors are best taught to and practiced by age-specific and social groups through oral health education. Periodontal medicine perceives good oral health as an open gateway to good general systemic health, and documents the many links to general systemic health affected by the destructive presence of inflammation and oral infection from bacteria.

The Pharm D programme is an emerging concept globally focusing mainly on improving healthcare system for a better drug therapy by assisting medical practitioners. It is a clinical-oriented curriculum where the students would be trained to provide information about diseases, drugs and lifestyle modifications to the patients in a hospital environment and work on to improve the patient’s health condition.

Pharm. (Quality assurance) is a two-year duration course designed to meet the specific needs of ever-expanding pharmaceutical industry, research organizations and academic institutions with special emphasis on the quality management system and regulatory submissions. The department of Quality Assurance is equipped with the state-of-art laboratories, ultra-modern facilities and competitive staff, which have been considered as most sophisticated infrastructure in the country.

 The focused research areas of the department are

• Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic studies
• Development of analytical and bio-analytical method and validation
• Pharmaceutical materials science including crystal engineering and crystal structure manipulations of drug molecules
• Quality Management System of pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in preparation and submission of dossiers.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program offered by MMIM is a two year Full-Time degree program spread over four semesters. This course is designed in such a way that helps the future managers to get equipped with a range of analytical, strategic, leadership & business skills that would help them become execute their learning successfully in the corporate environment globally. This program makes them capable to apply, adapt and integrate their skills in varied environments.

The B.Com (Hons.) course aims at providing inputs to the students relevant to the business, industry and trade so that they can function in different organizations and face the challenges arising there from. The course not only aims at providing knowledge and skills in different areas of management, but also provides inputs necessary for the overall development of the personality of the students.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy program offered by MM (DU), Mullana is designed to meet the international standards and is recognized by the IAP. The program is taught by a qualified faculty and has a balanced exposure of both academic and clinical training in the field of Physiotherapy. The curriculum is enriched with basic medical sciences, study of various disorders of human body, basic and advanced principles of physiotherapy, assessment and physical therapy based treatment approaches. The delivery modes emphasize on evidence based clinical practices.

The M.M School of nursing was started in Sept,2004 with 50 seats for General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course of 3 year duration. The course is run by Haryana Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council (Panchkula). Later in 2006 INC granted 60 seats to our school. Since then, the school flourishing every year with 100% admission. Aim of school of nursing is to prepare competent and skilled female nurses who can provides quality of care to patients.
