The Department imparts the knowledge of the principles of health promotion and disease prevention among the students. It also helps to achieve knowledge of community based preventive measure and knowledge of social, cultural and environmental factors which contribute to health. The students will be able to administer Oral Hygiene instructions, topical fluoride therapy and fissure sealants to the patients. The department also imparts education regarding the etiology and prevention of Oral Disease and encouraging them by assuring responsibility of their Oral Health. Further the students are also trained to develop and prepare charts, models, posters and visuals on Oral Health Themes with the intention to educate the mass about the importance of Oral Health.

M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology course is a masters’ level course for students keen to gain expertise in procedures for diagnostic testing in a laboratory. The course helps them analyze and identify substances, and microorganisms using common instruments found in a laboratory. Students are given in-depth knowledge of Chemistry, Human Biology, Organic Chemistry, Haematology, Bacteriology and Medical Technology and practical sessions in laboratory procedures, analysing various substances including glucose, enzymes, electrolytes, spectrometer, laboratory mathematics, and clinical applications.

Radiography is the science of taking images of the internal and hidden portions of the human body for diagnostic purpose Using Ultrasound, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, etc. comes under the realm of Radiography. Radiography, a promineny paramedical professional course is meant to create professionals expert in diagnostic tests for medical treatment with the use of radiation. There is huge scope for Radiographers in Healthcare industry, Diagnostic Department, Intensive Care Units of Hospital and Operating Theatre. It is worth mentioning that radiographers who can perform the ultrasound test are known as sonographers.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program offered by MMIM is a two year Full-Time degree program spread over four semesters. This course is designed in such a way that helps the future managers to get equipped with a range of analytical, strategic, leadership & business skills that would help them become execute their learning successfully in the corporate environment globally. The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics at the Maharashi Markandeshwar College of Dental Science & Research Mullana aims at the diagnosis and treatment of dental caries and its sequel, maltormations, discoloration thereby restoring the teeth to its normal form and function with a pleasing aesthetics. The department has modern dental units with separate UG and air conditioned PG clinics. The clinics are fully loaded with all the latest instruments and dental materials like RVG,Surgical Operating Microscope ,Endoactivator,Thermoplastic obturation system,Endodmotor etc. There is an ample flow of patients for clinical training and an opportunity for students to increase their skills.The department has full fledge experienced faculty all of who are committed to excellence in all fields. The students are encouraged towards academic & clinical excellence via attending CDE programmes & Conferences.

The Prosthodontics Department is responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in several areas: Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Occlusion and TMJ Dysfunction, Dental Implants and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. We are committed to continuing professional development and postgraduate courses. We strive to let our patients have a unique, holistic, professional experience when they visit our department. We are also committed to providing the highest standard of dental care available. The postgraduate programme is designed for advanced training in the rehabilitation of completely edentulous, partially edentulous patients and patients requiring Implants and Maxillofacial prosthesis.

The academic schedule is designed to include seminars, journal club presentations, case presentations and a dissertation. Courses are evaluated and updated annually for contents and are augmented with technology to teach the latest techniques in Prosthodontics within comprehensive treatment planning, Implant Dentistry, Occlusion and Aesthetics. We further aim to pursue research of high quality, and to constantly improve on our teaching techniques/methods.

Bachelor of Science in Operation Theatre Technology is an industry-oriented course which prepares the students for a challenging and highly rewarding career in a hospital, nursing homes, trauma/emergency centers, Intensive Care units, CSSD etc. Graduates are eligible for employment overseas where their qualifications, training and experience are highly regarded. With further experience, graduates may be employed by medical equipment manufacturers and development specialists.

Master of Physiotherapy program offered by MM (DU), Mullana is designed to meet the international standards and is recognized by the IAP. The program is taught by a qualified faculty and has a balanced exposure of both academic and clinical training in the field of Physiotherapy. The curriculum is enriched with basic medical sciences, study of various disorders of human body, basic and advanced principles of physiotherapy, assessment and physical therapy based treatment approaches. The delivery modes emphasize on evidence based clinical practices.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering for the students to grasp enriched knowledge by IT industries driven curriculum. The major focus of this course is to nurture and sharpen student’s IT skills with project based learning. Recurrent interactions with experts from renowned IT companies help the students to learn and master emerging technologies. The course tries to fill the gap between the industry and academia with regular workshops and expert talks.
