Mathematics College in Rajkot is one of the popular institutions for M.Sc. Mathematics. The mission of the institute is to produce mathematicians and scientists who would have wide understanding of mathematical concepts and experience in implementing them to produce solutions for complex mathematical problems. The institute offers this two years program with the following objectives:

This is a three years course following semester system. In three years, consisting six semesters, each semester will be consisting subjects each with 48 hours of classroom interactions. A typical week will be of FIVE working days and of 30 hours, including classroom teaching, library sessions and other assignments and practicing sessions.

The PEOs of the program are:

• To prepare students with the technical knowledge and skills needed to protect and defend computer systems and networks.
• To develop skills in students that can help them plan, implement, and monitor cyber security mechanisms to ensure the protection of information technology assets.
• To develop students that can identify, analyze, and solve computer security breaches.

BSc Microbiology is a three-year undergraduate course that comprises the study of microorganisms, this includes various organisms like a unicellular, cluster of microscopic animals, viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This discipline is a key component of the various research in biochemistry and pathology.The Mission of our department is to contribute to the holistic development of students. The primary objective is to provide an educational and research environment in basic and applied concepts of microbiology relevant to the living systems, environment, and industries. Diverse aspects of science and technology will be utilized to impart fundamental knowledge and to solve challenging problems. The preliminary focus of our department will be to acquaint students with the world of microbiology with hands-on practical training on fundamental techniques of microbiology. Our program will encompass theoretical and practical aspects of advances in scientific research along with interactive sessions with subject experts and regular industrial visits. This training will enhance the problem-solving capability of students. Research projects will be an integral part of our course and which will help our students to think out of the box and work in a team.

Objectives   

• The students should have an understanding of the basic concepts and scope of microbiologyThe course should enable the students to understand the general tools and techniques commonly used in academic or industrial microbiological enterprises.
• Graduates will be gaining the critical concepts and understanding of the subject that would help them solve the industry related technological problems

BBA (Hons.) is a 3- year undergraduate programme divided in six semesters where each semester consists subjects with 48 hours of classroom interactions. The first two years students learn the common subjects where as in the third year the student gets an opportunity to choose from the range of domain specific specialisation courses (Marketing Management, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Banking & Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship) designed to meet the demand of the business houses and to empower the budding managers. After successful completion of this program, a degree of “Bachelors of Business Administration – Honors” is awarded.

Transportation Engineering is a special branch of Civil Engineering which focuses on the various modes of Transportation that includes road ways, bridges, rail ways, marine ways and air ways. It is involved with analysis and design of the transportation routes for men and material movements. The scope is not limited to only design of the Transportation routes but it also includes design of the signaling, traffic managements as well as pavement materials for Transportations. It is also concerned with developing the new materials for construction of bituminous, concrete roads as well as railway sleepers and run way design. The students pursuing this course study about ideas and various research methods to smooth, safe and fast means of by any mode of Transportation. The tunnels, bridges metro, BRTS, Mono rail with environmental concern etc. are the part and partial of these engineering. Further, it also includes the repair and rehabilitation of the distressed roads, railways and bridges. With the increase in infrastructure demand all over the world including India, professionals with Transportation Engineering are in high demand in Core companies, MNC consultancy firms, Government sectors, Road construction, Railways and Bridge construction as well as in academics and R & D sectors.

M.E Chemical is a two years post graduate program in Chemical Engineering. The students who have completed B.tech or Bachelors in Engineering are eligible for the course. Chemical engineering covers designing as well as maintenance of chemical plants. In this postgraduate program the students study about the application of Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematics and Economics with respect to the conversion of chemical forms. The M.E. (Chemical) students are taught subjects like Mathematical and Statistical Methods, Process Optimization, Advanced Separation, Processes Research Methodology, Advanced Transport Phenomena, Advanced Reaction, Engineering, Advanced Thermodynamics etc. Along with the theory, students are also given access to the lab. This course is open to plenty of job opportunities in manufacturing and service industries such as chemicals, plastics, power production, biotechnology, Tyre manufacturing, nanotechnology, mining process, mineral based industries, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, nuclear energy, materials science, and development of new sources of energy.

Educational Objective of Diploma Studies focuses on skill and abilities of students with fundamentals of the discipline and base on professional training. The result sought by the learner at the end of the educational program, i.e. what the diploma students should be able to do at the end of a learning period, that they could not do earlier. Mechanical Engineer should able to design, analyze and improve practical systems.
