The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

The School of Law offers an integrated B.A., LL.B. Law program. Students apart from getting enriched with law subjects are also exposed to various Arts disciplines. The program consists of Core subject courses in law and arts, seven law electives, four clinical papers, and eight law honors electives. The three-year regular degree in Commerce Honours (B.Com. The complete curriculum is structured in a comprehensive way including topics like Sequential Data Flow and Structural Modelling, Functions, Procedures Attributes, Test Benches, Synthesizable and non-synthesizable statements.

The M.Sc. (Biotechnology) is a fusion of science, medicine, and engineering.
