This is a five-year program that offers domain-specific subjects ranging from Making of the Indian Constitution, Jurisprudential Approach to Constitution to Comparative Federalism, and Legislative Relations. B. Pharmacy is a four-year undergraduate professional program spread across eight semesters which deals with the study of medicines. The core subjects of the program include pharmaceutical chemistry (chemistry of medicinal compounds), pharmaceutics (manufacturing of dosage forms such as tablets, capsules etc.), pharmacology (action of drugs on the body and action of body on the drugs) and pharmacognosy (medicinal drugs obtained from plants and other natural sources). Unconventional hydrocarbons include shale gas, tight oil, tight gas, coalbed methane, and gas hydrates. Oil and gas industry is going through a change, where the conventional production is steadily being replaced by unconventional hydrocarbon exploitation. After the success of shale gas in North America and its impact on the conventional oil and gas industry, it is believed that the future of oil and gas will see more new unconventional technologies and workflows that will allow increasingly efficient exploitation.

While there are some common aspects to all unconventional resources, there are also some specific issues related to each of the resources. This course helps in giving a broad overview of what makes a resource unconventional, what are the common elements that influence exploration decisions, drilling and completion decisions, stimulations, and ultimately sustaining the business model. At the same time, it also makes the students aware of the key specifics that relate to each of the unconventional resources especially its evaluation, exploration, drilling, production, and reservoir management.

This course introduces the essential general programming concepts and techniques – such as Boolean, numbers, loops, function, debugging, specifics of R and Python – to students without prior programming knowledge. On completion, students will be able to identify the dataset characteristics, select and implement the machine learning techniques, and solve problems having high data dimensions and rapid data generation rate along with scalability issues. ?
