B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry is a 3 years program deals with in- depth study of various areas of Organic, Inorganic, Physical and Analytical Chemistry. Spectroscopic Techniques, Nanotechnology, Total Quality Management and Environment and Green Chemistry are some other courses being taught apart from Interdisciplinary courses like, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences and Humanities. These Programs provide the knowledge of Chemical Science & Environment which is beneficial for the students in the field of Research and Development. The aim of this course is to provide in-depth study of various areas related to food technology that will enable the students to understand food composition, their nutritional, microbiological, processing and organoleptic aspects. They are also taught about the importance of food plant sanitation, international and national food laws and regulations applicable in food industry.

B.Sc.
