The recent evolution of Internet services, with video representing more than 80% of the data traffic, and the growth of on-demand video streaming (as offered by YouTube, Netflix, Amazon) and live streaming (as offered by Facebook, Twitch, etc.) require new professional roles. The parallel evolution of wireless networks (with 5G and in particular the Internet of Things paradigm) requires strong knowledge of the latest wireless communications strategies and standards for such professional roles.

You'll be able to participate in Game Jams, working in a team over a 24-hour period to create games and attend optional trips (such as the PC Gamer Weekender).

This course offers key skills in pharmaceutical analysis, including measurement, scientific practice, evaluation and interpretation of data. You will study recent trends in analytical science and techniques and be introduced to pharmaceutical technologies, such as formulations and clinical pharmacokinetics. This Criminology with Forensic Psychology MA programme enables you to combine two complementary subject areas.

The criminology elements will introduce you to the complex nature of crime, harm and victimisation, together with an appreciation of the role of criminal justice systems in relation to crime control, protection and the delivery of justice.

In the forensic psychology component of the programme you will study a range of investigative and legal processes, policing and geographical profiling. You will engage critically with offender profiling and explore the practice of Behavioural Investigative Advice (BIA) in the UK.
