At the Fred Fox School of Music internationally regarded in music instruction students earning the Bachelor of Music in Performance with a Bassoon emphasis benefit from individualized lessons and personal attention tailored to their unique needs and career goals. Students can audition for the Bassoon Studio, where they'll partake in weekly lessons and studio classes, guest-artist master classes, performance opportunities and clinician-led workshops in orchestral repertoire, entrepreneurship and even performance anxiety. While learning from a faculty comprising renowned artists, performers and scholars, students enjoy access to a state-of-the-art recording studio, a visiting composer series and the Arizona Contemporary Ensemble.

The 2D emphasis in the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art asks students to specialize in one of two areas: Painting & Drawing, or Printmaking. Students develop skills in their specialization through courses that advance contemporary and historical awareness of the discipline. Faculty members from Painting, Drawing and Printmaking are committed to interdisciplinary approaches. Students enjoy printmaking facilities offering traditional and technologically based processes, and can use oil, acrylic and dry media in the painting and drawing facilities. In the Bachelor of Science program for Agribusiness Economics and Management, students can select one of two tracks; the Agribusiness Management emphasis focuses on critical management issues dealing with people, food, land, water and other natural resources. Classes help prepare students for careers using real-world data and case studies. Students learn how to manage sustainably natural resources, start and grow businesses, and engage in all aspects of providing access to nutritious food. Students engage in experiential learning of essential skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, project management, team participation and leadership. Political science is the study of government, public policy and the political behavior of individuals and groups. In the Bachelor of Arts in Political Science program with a Law and Public Policy emphasis, students prepare for a career as a change-maker in law, as a government official as they study not only the foundations of political theory, institutions, international relations, foreign affairs and more, but also the how-to of making policy and progress happen. Students develop powerful analytical, argumentation and communication skills, and have access to internships at nonprofit organizations and government agencies, such as the Arizona Legislature and the Arizona Superior Court, and local and state politicians' campaigns.
