The B.S. degree in Chemistry prepares students for graduate study and for careers in industry, government or medicine. The program provides training in all five areas of chemistry following the recommendations of the Committee on Professional Training of the American Chemical Society. After completion of the basic courses there are numerous choices for advanced electives and the degree is capped off with a research experience. Students learn and work in laboratories equipped with modern instrumentation for hands-on use by students at all levels.

Develop an advanced proficiency in the Spanish language and a deep understanding of the civilization, cultures, and literature from both Spain and Latin America. Learn to think and write analytically, enrich your worldview, and use the language practically in a wide variety of careers.

The Rowan University Chemical Engineering Program is a student-centered, primarily undergraduate program that incorporates leading-edge educational methods and technology with engineering practice. We prepare students for careers in the global chemical process industry and related fields, and for advanced degree study. The Master's of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Education (MA HGE) is the first and only of its kind globally. With equal focus on Holocaust and genocide content, and innovative and effective pedagogies, the MA HGE breaks new ground. This graduate program fills a much-needed gap in higher education. Currently, fifteen states in the U.S. have Holocaust and genocide education mandates, and federal funding has been earmarked to improve Holocaust education nation-wide. The MA HGE bridges a divide between more traditional programs in Holocaust and Genocide Studies and graduate programs in Education in order to help graduate students consider what Holocaust and genocide education can look like across diverse settings. This program is designed for those interested in Holocaust and education broadly, from classroom teachers and curriculum developers, to museum educators, and those interested in working for nonprofits and NGOs. In the MA HGE, graduate students will gain deep content knowledge and the ability to implement effective teaching strategies through customized coursework and an applied capstone project.

Our Master of Music provides intensive experiences in performance, conducting, or composition, as well as courses geared to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the literature of your area of concentration - and a greater understanding of music in general. Our program is tailored for aspiring musicians who wish to make a career as a performer, conductor, or composer.

The Department of Journalism prepares students to be successful news and media professionals.

Our curriculum is grounded in the fundamentals of journalism history, law and ethics. Students learn the basics of reporting, writing and editing while covering campus events and local news in South Jersey. Our courses also provide the preparation and skills needed to compete in a fast-changing media landscape with courses in social media, data journalism, media metrics and entrepreneurial journalism.

Supply Chain and Logistics are vital for value creation as they ensure the delivery of products and services in the best way possible. Supply Chain and Logistics have become so critical that most businesses cannot compete without them. Supply Chain and Logistics Professionals strive to reduce costs, boost customer service, ensure quality, and improve companies' profit leverage.

As a supply chain and logistics major, you will learn about logistical functions, understand the intricacies of supply chain operations, and identify and analyze supply chain strategies for realistic situations. Besides, you will learn to use quantitative techniques to analyze, structure, and solve complex real-world supply chain problems. Through applied coursework, team-based projects, case studies, and real-world experience, you will gain the skills to make smart decisions critical to supply chain value creation.

Our Supply Chain and Logistics program will provide students with a growth mindset as well as the foundations, tools, and experience necessary to pursue a career in logistics, inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and general supply chain management.

The Liberal Studies: Humanities/Social Science major offers you the opportunity to pursue multiple areas of study in the humanities and social sciences. The major gives you the ability to combine two academic areas into one flexible and comprehensive Bachelor of Arts degree, creating a truly multidisciplinary education.

The RTF Department offers students courses in radio, television and film production, as well as courses in the history, business, and aesthetics of the media. Students can select one of two tracks within the program: The Traditional Production Emphasis, which is based in the department's, state-of-the-art digital production facilities, and a new Critical Studies Track. This track prepares the student for media studies in graduate school and/or careers in education and literary criticism. Students who complete both of these programs posses a broad-based liberal arts background and a strong preparation for either the media production industry or advanced media studies.
