Our Master of Science (M.S.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences prepares you for a career in the highly interdisciplinary field of pharmaceutical sciences. The field of pharmaceutical science involves the integration of concepts from organic chemistry, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, and molecular biology for the design, and synthesis of drugs as well as for understanding the mechanism of drug action. As a practitioner in this field, you may work on the discovery and development of novel drugs, creating efficient use of existing drugs, and lowering the cost of therapy employing less expensive protocols for manufacturing drugs.

Our curriculum is grounded in the fundamentals of journalism history, law and ethics. Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management is an innovative and interdisciplinary degree program that focuses on training students in areas that impact human welfare locally, nationally, and globally. The program has a distinctive emphasis on urban issues and environments and the role that ethics plays in how policies, politics, and practices shape the quality of life for human beings in our state, nation, and world.

Our Master of Science in Chemical Engineering provides the opportunity to work on real-world projects in state-of-the-art facilities. The Chemical Engineering specialization emphasizes project management skills and industrially relevant research that prepares students for careers in high-tech fields. Supply Chain and Logistics Professionals strive to reduce costs, boost customer service, ensure quality, and improve companies' profit leverage.

As a supply chain and logistics major, you will learn about logistical functions, understand the intricacies of supply chain operations, and identify and analyze supply chain strategies for realistic situations. Besides, you will learn to use quantitative techniques to analyze, structure, and solve complex real-world supply chain problems. Through applied coursework, team-based projects, case studies, and real-world experience, you will gain the skills to make smart decisions critical to supply chain value creation.

Our Supply Chain and Logistics program will provide students with a growth mindset as well as the foundations, tools, and experience necessary to pursue a career in logistics, inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, transportation, and general supply chain management.

Our Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering gives engineering professionals the opportunity to expand their skill sets in highly specialized areas of interest. Every course in the program is a lab course, which provides an applied, hands-on education to build the knowledge and training needed to contribute to the engineering field. Specializations and focus areas provide the opportunity to study a specific topic in the electrical and computer industry.

Students may choose between a thesis track and a coursework track or elect to work on a project which may count toward a coursework track degree. In order to be eligible for a Research Fellowship, students must select the thesis track.

The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychological Science is a degree designed for students who are interested in pursuing research-oriented careers that may or may not require graduate level training such as experimental psychology .

Our curriculum is designed to provide our students with breadth and depth of knowledge in psychology as well as professional skills in research both inside and outside of the classroom. Along with other foundation courses, the degree requires a year-long research course sequence (i.e. Advance Research I and II) that provides students with the opportunity to conduct a human subjects research project from beginning to the end. The BS in Psychological Science major consists of 60 credits in psychology, 4 credits in Calculus, and 4 credits in Biological Science.

The Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences is a good choice for students who would like to pair their study of biology with another discipline such as education, psychology, environmental studies, biomedical illustration, writing arts, or business, and do not plan on a career as a scientific researcher.

Rowan University's B.A. in Sports Communication and Media (Sports CaM) is an interdisciplinary program in the College of Communication and Creative Arts designed for students interested in the coverage, promotion, broadcasting, language, and cultural impact of contemporary sport. All majors complete Sports CaM's core courses and then choose a concentration in either communication studies, esports, journalism, public relations and advertising, or radio/TV/film production. The degree culminates with an internship in sports communication and media.
