Molecular and Cellular Biology focuses on the study of the processes that govern living organisms. The Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences program provides students a broad background in biology, however, maintains flexibility for students to build their own specialty track and prepare for a career. Our faculty's wide range of experience will prepares students for work in research, teaching, laboratories, professional schools, and graduate programs in diverse areas.

The Department of History at Rowan University delivers high-quality instruction and advising to both undergraduate and graduate students. Our faculty produce nationally and internationally recognized research and possess chronologically and geographically diverse specialties in areas such as the ancient Mediterranean, early modern Europe, colonial Africa, colonial North America, the Middle East, Russia, the Far East, and the modern United States.

Our Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering gives engineering professionals the opportunity to expand their skill sets in highly specialized areas of interest. Every course in the program is a lab course, which provides an applied, hands-on education to build the knowledge and training needed to contribute to the engineering field. Specializations and focus areas provide the opportunity to study a specific topic in the electrical and computer industry.

Students may choose between a thesis track and a coursework track or elect to work on a project which may count toward a coursework track degree. In order to be eligible for a Research Fellowship, students must select the thesis track.

Our M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis prepares our graduates with the necessary coursework for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Applied Behavior Analysis is one of the most effective and frequently utilized treatment approaches for individuals with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism. Our program has an excellent reputation, and includes a strong basis in experimental analysis with full-time faculty members trained in this area.

The Rowan University Chemical Engineering Program is a student-centered, primarily undergraduate program that incorporates leading-edge educational methods and technology with engineering practice. Rooted in ethnographic methodology, the program will provide students with knowledge and methodologies to help specific organizations or institutions work towards building diverse and inclusive communities. This work requires deep knowledge of cultures, history, ideas, social structures, institutions, and politics, the breadth of what Humanities and Social Sciences has to offer.
