Teaching (Chemistry - Teaching)
If the teaching field is your path, you'll gain an excellent background in chemistry as well as the educational knowledge you need to prepare for your own students. Chemistry teachers are in demand. Our students are regularly recruited. They move on to be educational administrators - headmasters, principals, and assistant principals.

Gain a working knowledge of German language and culture and launch yourself into the top 5 percent of U.S. college graduates. Whether you start a career as a teacher, professional in international business, government, or are planning to go to graduate school, you'll find that German is a vital world language.

After all, Germany is the financial heart of the European Union, the world's largest trading block, not to mention the second largest exporter. So take hold of the opportunities our experienced faculty can connect you with. You'll have the chance for internships or student teaching and even employment by German firms in the South and abroad.

Take advantage of our study abroad program in the heart of Europe — Vienna, Austria. And grow in the Spirit with a special Bible course where you'll visit the Amish and also learn about the German Christian resistance in World War II.  You'll interact with important figures in German life, from business and politics to the music industry, international relations and education. The global learning experience you receive here will provide you the confidence you need as a K-12 teacher or a business professional.

American studies is an interdisciplinary program that seeks to examine the history, culture and society of America by combining courses taken in a variety of fields including history, political science and literature. Mathematics Emphasis (Chemistry major - applied)

Dig deeper into the incredible body of knowledge that constitutes mathematics by earning your degree in the field.

Green Chemistry Emphasis (Chemistry major - applied)
Our green chemistry emphasis is one of the few curricula in the U.S. at the undergraduate level. With it you’ll find new, safer, and more efficient ways to perform chemical reactions.

Explore the dimensions of a boundless discipline. Study some of the physical world’s most inscrutable mysteries and examine the laws of motion and energy inherent in everything we do. Our physics program will feed your curiosity and sharpen your analytical abilities.

We provide a firm academic foundation in an environment that nurtures your faith, a close-knit community where lifetime relationships are developed. You’ll hone your craft under the mentorship of brilliant faculty and work alongside peers who challenge and support you.  

Scripture tells us we are “fearfully and wonderfully” made—and few know that better than a physicist! Pretty deep language for something that absolutely rules daily life (like the fact we walk on the ground rather than float hither and yon). Investigate the principles of physics with a high regard for creation’s God-given wonder, complexity, and amazing power.

Physics teaching majors will receive core and specialized professional education in addition to the general education required of secondary and K-12 teacher education students.

Software engineering is your ticket to the career path of your choosing. Software is present in most technology we use every day, so it's no surprise that people with software development skills are in high demand. Our program will expose you to the theory and practical aspect of software development in a Christian context.
