Behavior analysis is a well-developed approach to solving social/emotional, behavioral, and learning problems for many different populations in many different settings. The Department of Psychology's master's program in Behavior Analysis focuses on the experimental, theoretical, methodological, and analysis of behaviors of individuals and how these behaviors denote different types of learning processes or problems. The processes of behavior analysis are used most widely with clinical populations in the area of developmental disabilities, including but not limited to clients diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum and/or intellectually impaired.

The College of Management (COM) at LIU Post offers a new, 30-credit, specialized Master of Science in Data Analytics and Strategic Business Intelligence program (MDA) with a blend of data science, IT, and business courses to prepare students for the demand in industries for data-literate managers and data scientists with solid business knowledge and analytical skills.

The MDA program is designed for recent graduates or working professionals in their early or mid-career phases.  The ideal student should have basic quantitative and IT knowledge and skills through prior coursework or working experience, and be highly motivated to learn how to deal with data as a strategic asset and apply IT and analytic methods to make data-driven business decisions.

As a Film major, you will learn to communicate and interpret the world around you through courses in all levels of production, editing, screenwriting, cinematography, sound, producing, and film history.

Beginning in your first semester, you will get hands-on experience working with traditional and digital film equipment and exploring all forms of narrative and documentary storytelling. The comprehensive, widely respected film curriculum prepares students for creative, critical, and technical work in the worlds of film, television, and digital media. The 120-credit Bachelor of Science in Political Science is an individualized, interdisciplinary program designed for students interested in a liberal arts approach to the contemporary world. You will graduate from this program with a well-rounded knowledge of political theory, American government, international relations, comparative government and public administration.
