The Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Certificates and Diplomas program offers two semesters of full-time study. It is designed for students who wish to concentrate on the health sciences field and prepares students for application to Conestoga College's School of Health Sciences certificate and diploma programs. Students will be introduced to the health sciences field, to college life and college workload, and will be able to increase their competitiveness to support their application to health sciences programs.

This two-year diploma program will prepare graduates for a number of progressive careers in the diverse field of recreation and leisure services. Throughout the program, students will experience active learning opportunities that connect theory and practice through in-class projects, community connections, and practice placements, making learning engaging and meaningful. As champions of recreation and leisure services, students will provide leadership in designing, implementing, and evaluating inclusive programs for diverse populations (children, youth, adults and seniors). Through social entrepreneurship, students will enhance community wellness, research-informed practices, professional leadership, and interprofessional collaboration.

Through a combination of theoretical and practical instruction, the Mechanical Technician - CNC diploma will allow you to develop foundational machining and CNC skills, including CNC program development. You will also learn how to load programs and set machine tools with an emphasis on setting up CNC equipment for creating, editing and optimizing production. Understanding the various disciplines through this multi-step process will be key to your journey towards CNC mastery.

In just 30 weeks, graduates of the Building Superintendence and Repair program are prepared to assume roles in building maintenance, either live-in or out. You will develop the skills and strategies required to interact with customers in a professional and appropriate manner in a diverse business environment. This Ontario College Certificate program prepares you to conduct inspections and maintenance of buildings, while gaining hands-on experience in interior repairs, painting and cleaning, plumbing and building system maintenance, grounds maintenance, record keeping, working with contractors, and landlord-tenant relations. Through a variety of projects, case studies and interactive learning opportunities you will develop the workplace interpersonal skills needed to support all phases of your career. A field placement is included; allowing you to translate theoretical knowledge from the classroom into applied practice in a workplace setting.

Financial Technology
The field of financial technology is evolving as it responds to the challenges facing the 21st century financial sector. This means that professionals employed in the field must be equipped to support diverse client groups such as individuals and company-based financial institutions. If you have a background in the computer industry, finance or other related fields, and are ready to attain in-depth competencies to help consumers and businesses track, manage, and facilitate their finances, this Ontario College Graduate Certificate program will be of interest to you. Through a variety of projects, case studies and interactive learning opportunities, and using current and relevant resources to support the latest trends in financial technology, you will develop the skills needed to help individuals and businesses secure their finances. You will study topics such as applications, emerging market trends, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and management. In just eight months, graduates will be job-ready to take the lead in the financial technology industry in various roles such as Business Analyst, Blockchain Business Analyst, Financial Technologist and other roles related to financial technology.

Project Management
Learn how to manage simple to complex projects from start to finish, and become a critical part of an organization’s most exciting achievements. Develop the skills you need to oversee project management activities such as planning, managing scope, costs, time while balancing client expectations. Learn organizational Agility with practices such as Scrum. Establish goals for your project team and lead them to overcome obstacles to achieve success, meeting stakeholders needs. Earn project management education hours towards a variety of certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), Risk Management Professional (RMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) designations. Interested in taking this program on a part-time basis? It's possible to complete this program while still working full-time and fulfilling your other commitments. 

This graduate certificate program focuses on developing skills for managing in public, and non-profit community and social service organizations. You will gain knowledge of community development methods and learn strategies for relationship building, community outreach and community leadership. Human resources, financial management, project management, principles of management as well as program development and fundraising will also be addressed. You will have the opportunity to enhance your understanding of community-based social policy and public administration and gain perspectives on social, cultural and political issues. The program includes a work placement experience that will allows you to gain practical experience working in a government, community-based, or social service agency or organization.

Students learn the guiding principles of professional selling and complex negotiations, as well as strategies for customer relationship management and strategic account management success. Courses in finance, communication, and business-to-business marketing ensure a strong foundation while courses in sales technology and social selling address the leading edge of the profession. Students will learn how to approach the multi-dimensional world of business development in organizations. The program provides opportunities for students to practice theirselling and business development skills in ongoing live roleplays and areal-world case studies.

The three-year Business Administration - Supply Chain and Operations Management program prepares graduates for successful careers in the growing, dynamic, and underserviced field of supply chain management. In Canada's supply chain sector there is a greater demand for skilled graduates than there are graduates available. Our program has a long-standing reputation for providing the skills and knowledge required to play key roles in this rewarding and varied field, where graduates can make decisions that have a global impact. A supply chain describes the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to the final customer. In today's business environment, companies no longer compete against companies; supply chains compete against supply chains. In the program, you will develop the necessary knowledge and skills to manage and coordinate the supply chain activities required to produce and deliver all the goods and services we use every day. The central theme of this program is continuous improvement, a key element in being competitive in a global market. As a graduate of the program, you will receive a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate, endorsed by High Performance Solutions Inc. An agreement exists with Supply Chain Canada (SCC) that provides advanced standing in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation program. In addition, graduates may qualify for transfer credits that could be used for exemption from certain components of the CSCMP graduate program. This program also takes a hands-on, project-oriented approach and provides opportunities to work with current business and industry partners. Instructors are experts in their disciplines, often using an interactive approach to enrich the learning environment. This approach benefits our graduates and improves their employment prospects in public and private sector organizations in areas such as purchasing, logistics, project management, distribution, planning, scheduling, systems implementation and many more. Partnerships with professional associations including Supply Chain Canada (SCC), Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), Ontario Public Buyers Association (OPBA) and Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT) will provide you with opportunities to network with professionals. You can achieve the ASCM CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) professional designation while at school. This four-year program, delivered at the honours level, offers a clear pathway to many successful and exciting career opportunities in banking, insurance, investment management, and estate and financial planning. You will learn through a combination of active learning approaches, which include group work, major individual case analyses, multiple projects requiring industry engagement, and meetings with industry professionals outside of the college. By the mid-point of this program, the faculty team ensures you will be ready to begin your preferred major – either in financial planning or property and casualty insurance. Whichever major you choose, you will encounter a blend of extensive technical analyses and opportunities to develop your professional ‘soft’ skills. You will apply and further refine your program-related skills and abilities through an 8-month, paid, full-time co-op work-term situated between third and fourth year. The program curriculum is aligned with the body of knowledge and course requirements (in whole or in part) for a number of professional licenses. As a successful graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) – Financial Services degree program, you will meet the pre-requisite conditions to challenge professional examinations and/or receive advanced standing into the following licenses/designations:
