The Architectural Technology diploma program is a comprehensive, two year, direct entry program consisting of four 16-week semesters. You will complete a four month co-operative work term between year one and year two that will provide you with related and practical experience in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction. Consider this program if you want to work as a laboratory technologist in an industrial, government or commercial laboratory.
This program provides you with the applied skills required to succeed in a wide variety of professional scientific work environments. The course work emphasizes the application of standard and specialized laboratory techniques across scientific disciplines, ensuring you receive practical, job-ready experience; you will learn specialized skills in immunology, molecular biology, tissue culture and instrumentation.

In addition, the co-operative education component integrates related on-the-job training with classroom theory by alternating periods of paid employment and academic study.

Graduates find employment as technologists in many fields, including chemical analysis, research, quality assurance, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

CO-OP/Practicum Information
This program offers a co-operative education format that integrates classroom theory with on-the-job experience by alternating academic study with work placements. These paid work placements will provide you with first-hand knowledge of a working laboratory in industry and a chance to use your acquired skills.
This co-op program is divided into six terms, two of which are co-operative education work placements. The work placements are in Term 3 and Term 6, both of which run during May, June, July, and August. The program does not have summer breaks.

Business Administration provides the student with a broad business foundation during the first year of studies. During the second year of the program, the student will declare a major that focuses their studies in a particular area, either Accounting, Administration, Financial Services, Marketing or Human Resource Management.

Some courses focus on theoretical foundations, others will emphasize application of knowledge. Group projects are integral to many courses offered in this program.

This program will provide you with a fundamental understanding of occupational health and safety. The program addresses the role and responsibilities of an occupational health and safety practitioner including:

This program develops the skills and knowledge you need to effectively manage the health information required for patient care, administration, research, and education. The program trains you in the specialized techniques required in health information management. It offers a unique combination of medical, computer, and business courses.

• Statistical analysis

As a graduate you will be eligible to write the national certification exam administered by the Canadian Health Information Management Association. Successful certification allows you to seek employment across Canada.

This program develops the skills you require to assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques.
As a dental assisting student, you will learn about dental procedures, including the instruments, materials, and equipment used for each.  You will also learn how to prevent the transmission of disease/infection through infection control techniques, e.g. sterilization.  You will also learn basic laboratory skills, e.g. pouring models.  The program will also prepare you to work as an intra-oral assistant by developing skills to perform the following procedures:

• Polishing of teeth
• Application of fluoride
• Exposing radiographs
• Placement and removal of dental dam
• Placement of sealants
• Taking impressions
• Placement of matrices and wedges
• Application of liners, bases, topical anesthetic, and desensitizing agents
• Removal of sutures
• Fabrication and delivery of whitening trays and mouth guards

To broaden your skills and knowledge of business related procedures, you will study basic accounting, records maintenance, business correspondence, billings, and appointment control.
During the practicum, you will have the opportunity to work with dental students at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Dentistry and in a private general dental office, performing the skills you learned in the classroom, lab, and clinic.
The Notre Dame Campus program includes a practicum during which you will work with dental students at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Dentistry and in a general dental office.

Previously called Outdoor Power Equipment Technician. This program provides you with strong foundational skills and professional knowledge required as an entry-level technician in the Marine and Powersports industry. After graduating from the Marine and Powersports Technician program you will be prepared to enter an apprenticeship or entry-level position within the industry.

Potential employment opportunities include dealerships, rental agencies, construction companies, marinas, outfitter camps, golf courses, government agencies, and standalone repair facilities.

As a graduate, you will be able to service and repair common types of Marine and Powersports equipment including:

Training includes professional shop practices, precision measuring, preventative maintenance, diagnostic procedures, and repair procedures. Topics of study include safety, tools, engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, seasonal storage, new vehicle prep, performance, and tuning.

The Marine and Powersports Technician Program would like to recognize the manufacturers who make equipment, technical information, and training available to the program. The support from Yamaha and Polaris enables RRC to offer up to date training on modern equipment.

Students also have an option to receive an endorsement from the Yamaha's Technical Academy and the University of Polaris. The endorsement course available through the program is the Bronze Level course.To successfully complete the Bronze course, the student must pass online tests. These endorsements will help students with employment opportunities.

Training will take place at RRC’s Vehicle Technology and Research Centre, an environment that will give you the practical experience required for industry employment. You will also have the opportunity to acquire industry work experience as part of this program.

Business, Accounting and Management is a comprehensive program that helps you develop skills in the core areas of business. It also provides you with up-to-date training in computers, accounting, business writing and human resource management. Your online education is supplemented by work-integrated learning, where you will gain valuable experience in a business environment that is immediately applicable in the workforce. Upon completion of the program, you will be ready for employment in a business or accounting environment.

This degree program focuses on the management skills needed in heavy, industrial and commercial, and residential construction. Consider it if you are looking to develop managerial expertise and are already working in areas related to  the skilled trades, engineering, or engineering technologies.

The program curriculum focuses on technology, science, leadership, and management. You will learn how to work effectively in all construction management settings. Program learning outcomes comply with codes, laws, and regulations while respecting sustainable environmental practices.
