Mechanical Engineering is the branch of Engineering that deals with design, manufacturing and operation of machinery. This branch uses concepts of engineering, physics and material science for design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance of mechanical systems. The aim is to develop students’ creative skills in engineering design, analytical ability, innovative and problem solving skills in the key mechanical engineering subjects and build confidence among students to handle live mechanical engineering projects.

The B.Des Fashion Design Programme focuses on holistic, dynamic and an individuality driven approach to prepare creative professionals for the fashion industry. The course breaks new ground as it has a balanced emphasis on conceptual, curatorial and managerial application of skills with underlying ethos that marries technical ability with industry and technology. The course design lays an equilibrium between fashion creation, fashion representation and fashion management with inclusion of styling, photography, communication, media make-up, global industry practices and entrepreneurship. The course allows the graduates to develop identity, expertise and voice in fashion through the choice of immersive projects and specializations aligned to create deeper and integrative learning experience.

Master of Pharmacy  (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) is a two-year postgraduate program (PG) aimed to develop pharmacy professionals with an advanced knowledge of synthesis and analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients to cater the ever-increasing demand of new drugs against diseases that ravage humanity. This program allows students to carry out independent research in consultation with industry collaborators and academic experts to build a career path for the corporate and education sector respectively.

This course deals with Importance and scope of horticulture, Horticultural and botanical classification, Climate and soil for horticultural crops, Plant propagation-methods (sexual & asexual), propagating structures; separation, division, grafting, budding, layering), High density planting; Use of rootstocks; Orchard establishment, Principles and methods of training and pruning, Juvenility and flower bud differentiation; Unfruitfulness; pollination, pollinizers and pollinators; fertilization and parthenocarpy; Use of plant bio-regulators in horticulture, Irrigation methods in horticulture crops, Fertilizers application-methods.

Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law- BA LLB (Hons) course provides insights into the policy initiatives within the framework of the constitution and integrates legal studies with aspects of governance. The course is designed not only with the objective of encompassing knowledge of law but also to teach subjects like English, Sociology, Economic, Political Science and History. These courses help to understand how central and state governments function and how legislations are enacted and enforced. Master of Physiotherapy is a two-year postgraduate program (PG) aimed to develop physiotherapy professionals with an advanced knowledge in various domains of physiotherapy sciences to cater the ever-increasing demand in the field of physiotherapy.

Keeping this in view, Master of Physiotherapy offered at GDGU, where students will be trained to work with other health care professionals in multi-specialty environment to identify and maximize their ability to diagnose and treat their patients and also help them perform various functions, in their chosen area of elective.

BA (Honours) program in Political Science addresses some of the fundamental problems facing human society. Questions concerning world peace, government policies aimed at achieving economic stability and growth, the management of environmental quality, control over the political competition, the possibility of using the law to affect social and political change and the gap between the rich and poor in India and abroad are all on the research agenda of contemporary political scientists. The program is committed to developing students into citizens who are active and informed on a wide range of political systems: local, state, national and global. It is designed to foster an understanding of the responsibilities and rights of active, informed participants within these systems. It will develop the students’ ability to think, assess and respond. In addition, it will ensure a basic knowledge of the ideas, institutions and processes of politics and government

Integrated B.A.-B.Ed., Program of GD Goenka University is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and Haryana State Government. It is planned to equip student-teachers with the basic knowledge and skills of sciences, social sciences, humanities, and education. Such knowledge and skills would help teachers to teach in the 21st-century classroom of upper primary and secondary school students and address issues concerning their development as global citizens
