Simultaneously, IoT is making significant strides as more things are getting connected to the internet. Many experts predict that two-third of the new businesses will be dependent on IoT by the end of this year. Keeping this in mind, IoT offers the potential for a “fourth industrial revolution.” IoT ecosystem consists of intelligent devices that are web-enabled and use embedded systems such as sensors, processors, and communication hardware that collect the information and then share, analyse the data they collect and then act on it.
