Redefining the age-old convention related to the concept that women can’t excel in the field of mechanical engineering, the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering nurtures the Woman Engineers of Tomorrow and makes them seek new knowledge through research, creative design and development, and with the construction and management of the devices and systems needed by the emerging society.

This program opens up a plethora of vibrant and creative avenues for the students to explore in the fields of English Language and Literature. English Literary texts, from the medieval period to the present day are analyzed in various contexts like social, historical, political, or material and several theoretical and methodological perspectives, which enable the students to develop new and highly skilled ways of reading and interpreting. A degree in English Language and Literature is designed to associate the students with reading books, analyzing theories, critiquing prose and verse, and taking a more critical look at the signs and words surrounding us every day.

The course is designed to cover all advanced aspects of various sciences’ applications in Forensic Science such as DNA Profiling, Forensic Ballistics, Forensic Medicine and Forensic Anthropology, etc. The course offers the following four specializations,

• Forensic Biotechnology and DNA Profiling
• Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology
• Questioned Document Examination
• Digital Forensics

The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

Mody University of Science and Technology offers 2-year M. Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology (NST) program. The curriculum covers basic concepts of nuclear science and engineering, plasma physics and fusion reactors, nuclear safety, nuclear waste disposal technology, radioactivity in the environment, and applications of radiation and radio-isotopes in industry and medicine. The course curriculum derived from the needs of the Nuclear Industry and application-oriented pedagogy enables students to be job-ready.

The department of Computer Science and Engineering imparts world-class education, training, and research. The contents of the courses under the department are continuously updated and the laboratories are modernized to incorporate the rapid changes in technology and industry. The department also promotes active industry-institute collaboration by identifying areas of interest and taking part in sponsored research projects and consultancy services. CSE department is committed to preparing Engineers who are highly sought after, productive, and well-respected for their work, and who contribute to new developments in computing.

The program inculcates an in-depth knowledge of the widespread fashion design process and helps the students to acquire cutting-edge skills to provide impactful design solutions to the perpetually evolving Apparel Industry. The dynamic design pedagogy & able guidance of experts help students to strengthen their awareness of the fashion clothing industry & identify the domain and function where they can contribute the most.

The course equips the students with the methodical understanding of form, material & technologies to provide sustainable design solutions and endorse the idea of originality. The learning environment provides opportunities to communicate their artistic expression & experimentation through clothing. It also encourages each and every student to access & nurture her own natural sense of flair & creativity. The program is designed to challenge and inspire aspirants by incorporating creative, technical, and theoretical elements into a hands-on approach to Fashion Design.

The program aims to train professionals to create exciting spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. The curriculum helps students to develop a hybrid practice of using both digital and manual skills to communicate their ideas effectively.

A candidate with a BBA degree can exploit these opportunities and very easily find a job of his/her caliber. After BBA, a student can also go for a Master's degree in the field of management. Future Aspects: After successful completion of BBA, students can join as expert professionals in the fields of management, finance, human resource management, and also marketing. The Bachelor of Food & Nutrition aims to provide graduates with a thorough understanding of food and human nutrition, as preparation for careers in various fields related to the promotion of health at individual and community levels. During the course, students will study biosciences, principles of nutrition, food science, nutrition and disease, nutritional needs over the lifespan and for sports performance, and the social and public health aspects of nutrition.
