The three-year regular degree in Commerce Honours (B.Com. The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) course is the most common undergraduate course of legal education.

The Integrated B.A.LL.B. program is for 5 years. The Ph.D. programme is appropriate for candidates who wish to become academicians or seek to advance research in design and merchandising domains. Ph.D. in Design, Fashion & Merchandising aims to impart knowledge about the nature of design research, especially in relation to the responsible role of designers in propelling our society towards a more sustainable future. It is designed for highly creative and motivated professionals who wish to conduct rigorous and intensive design research.

MBA Integrated is a five-year integrated management program. This course provides an Undergraduate degree after three years followed by a Master’s degree after two years. It offers a unique integrated program that equips an individual with both a Bachelor’s Degree as well as a Master’s Degree in Management. The intensive curriculum not only develops management skills in students but also shapes up their overall personality suited to the challenges of the global business scenario.
