They are at the core of sensors used in smart electronics and comprise a huge variety of materials including piezoelectric, shape-memory, photovoltaic, thermoelectric, ferrofluids and self-healing materials. A student opting for this specialisation will be exposed to the properties, synthesis and application of these materials, and will be able to explore one of these material systems in-depth through the dedicated project work.

The course provides a bird's eye view of the digital marketing industry and the elements driving it. It gives an insight into print and internet branding along with the basics of brand strategy. The program emphasizes on the importance and use of conceptualization, copywriting, design, and development for digital marketing.

This course introduces the essential general programming concepts and techniques – such as Boolean, numbers, loops, function, debugging, specifics of R and Python – to students without prior programming knowledge. The Digital Video Production and Monetisation, specialisation introduces students to MoJo (Mobile Journalism). It is designed to teach you the skills to make impactful video content for  media houses, marketing campaigns and social media channels. Students will learn how to shoot, edit and produce video content with Mobile Phones. They will learn hands - on working on live projects in workshop mode to create digital multimedia content. They will be introduced to the basics of narrative structure and visual language, and a comprehensive overview of video production.They will also be introduced to distribution and monetisation strategies across digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook & Instagram amongst others.

This is a domain-specific program that provides students with an understanding of the dynamic business environment of the oil and gas industry. The course allows students to integrate the core marketing concepts with the management concepts of the oil and gas operations sector.
