This course gives an overview of cyber laws including the legal regime related to cyber-crime, copyright issue in cyberspace, cyber-crimes, and related subjects. Various class assignments and other activities involve case studies, group activities, cooperative group solving problems with real-life examples, so that students can get the idea about the practical aspects of this field.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

The specialisation educates students in regulating and resolving disputes relating to both individual labour laws i.e. the employees’ rights at work and the employment standards as well as the tripartite labour laws i.e. the relationship between the employer, employee, and the union. UPES provides students with an opportunity to complete two seminar papers and a dissertation exclusively in labour laws under the mentorship of the faculty and an industry-based professional.

B.Sc (H) Physics, with specialization in Astronomy and Astrophysics and Computational Physics would be a full time 3-year undergraduate program in Physics. This program is designed for students who not only want to build a sound base in Physics, but also wish to study Astronomy and Astrophysics/Computational Physics. Thus, the students in this program would not only study the conventional modules in Physics at undergraduate level, but would also study modules on Astronomy and Astrophysics/Computational Physics.

Integrated (B.Com (Hons)) - (MBA) - Banking and Insurance gives students an in-depth understanding of the economic, financial and banking affairs. Information Technology Infrastructure is the backbone of any business which uses IT as a service to run their business. IT Infrastructure work with a combination of three components, Hardware, Software, and Networking. This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of OS Management, Cloud Management, Virtualization Management, IT Operation Management, Configuration Management, API Management, Risk Management, Cyber Security, Customer Relationship Management, and many more. This training will be provided by experienced faculty members (having good academic and research records) and industry professionals.

This is a 5-year integrated law degree program – the first two years of the program focus primarily on arts and the last three on law subjects. The program prepares students for both national as well as international criminal justice systems.
