Integrated (B.Com (Hons)) - (MBA) - Banking and Insurance gives students an in-depth understanding of the economic, financial and banking affairs. It helps students gain adequate knowledge about the management of financial risk along with the general management areas such as strategy, marketing, and organisational studies. The specialisation aims to inculcate training and practical approach among the students by using modern technologies, and also to give adequate exposure to the operational environment in the field of banking.

The course allows students to understand the implementation of governmental policy that serves the population, the workings of political activity, and the process of developing public programs for the society. Moreover, the program provides the theoretical underpinning, conceptual and analytical tools, fundamentals, and the ideological dynamics of the field of study. These are critical for the effective functioning of public offices.

This course explores in detail the types of rules, policies, and controls put in place to determine the behaviour of a corporation, and the intended outcome of those measures. Taking a practical look at how to identify, set, and uphold a corporate governance means that the students will be able to enrich their understanding and skillset in this area, with the support of experienced practitioners who can demonstrate real-life examples to contextualize what one learns.

Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) - (Interaction Design) in Interaction Design trains students to research, analyze, prototype, and design concepts in business, social, and cultural contexts within existing and emerging technologies. Students will gain proficiency in creating engaging user interfaces, ranging from 2D screen (UI for web and mobile) to 3D (AR/VR and will be able to conceptualize user experiences around new and emerging technology, and design to make interfaces more usable, useful and pleasant.

B.Tech Electrical Engineering with specialisation in electric vehicle and grid management is designed to provide advanced knowledge in design, develop and application of electrical equipment such as motors, generators, transformers, batteries, switchgear and protection, analyze charging and grid management system in coordination with e-vehicles. It provides advanced skills on e-vehicular technology and its efficient application in grid management system.

Plant Biotechnology assist developing new varieties of crop like genetically engineered crop, marker assisted selection, genetics and genomics, etc. This field of study helps in identifying and mapping genes, discovering their functions and transferring desired gene to specific plants as per requirement. This branch of study also focuses on all aspects of genetic engineering process to enhance efficiency, expression and precision of added gene.

This programs’ problem-based learning mechanism, emphasizes on genomics, proteomics and metabolomics. Besides the curriculum for Plant Biotechnology planned with theoretical studies, students will be having hands on experience performing some of the techniques used to detect genetic variations and its implications in plants. Students will be subjected to problem solving sessions to enhance their ability to apply and design their own research projects.

The specialization in marketing prepares the students on subjects like Financial Institutions and Markets, Behavioural Finance, etc. The program instils the skills, knowledge and aptitude required to develop a holistic understanding of the specialized area, so that the student becomes industry ready.

Computational material science involves exploration of material structure, properties and behaviour using modelling, simulation, theory or statistics. It is a wide field that encompasses computational techniques that can simulate electronic structure of materials, explore materials at different length scales: nano, micro, meso and macro scales, predict the structure based on thermodynamic stability and accelerate discovery of novel materials with desired properties. A student opting for this specialisation will get exposed to these techniques and will gain an in-depth expertise on any one technique through the dedicated project work.

The curriculum focuses on various aspects of mass media -- from writing for media to developing communication skills to learning the basics of electronic and digital productions. The program also bridges the gap between theory and practice by engaging with industry experts who bring real-world knowledge and experience to our students.
