UPES School of Design’s Under Graduate Programme, B.Des. in Transportation & Mobility Design gives students access to a High-Performance Visualization Lab for real-time 3D visualization of products, Rapid Product Development Lab equipped with Rapid Prototyping, Laser scanner and Laser cutting machines. Clinical Research enables health care professionals to develop new therapies and diagnostic procedures and medical devices to ensure better patient care. M.Sc. in Clinical Research is a 2-year postgraduate course aimed at providing experiential learning with comprehensive curriculum.

The Clinical Pharmacokinetics specialization encourages students to explore the key principles of pharmacokinetics (PK) including factors that affect the absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and binding of drugs and integrate these principles into the process of monitoring, evaluating and adjusting dosing for patients. It provides students with the ability to interpret drug concentration measurements in the context of the therapeutic window, along with the derivation of dosage adjustments to maintain therapeutic concentrations. Upon completion of the course, the student will contribute at planning, design and analysis of clinical studies from pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic (PD) perspective. They will apply this information in the clinical drug development process. It will also provide hands on experience with pharmacokinetic data analysis, advanced PK/PD modeling research with emphasis on disease progression modeling and implementation of mechanism-based approaches.

This program offers basic technologies of Virtualization (enabler of Cloud), infrastructure less computing at client side by IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)-by Vmware, Virtual Box, Openstack etc., PaaS (Platform as a service), having platforms for development environments, SaaS(Software as a Service), deploying software on cloud enabled infrastructure, performance tuning of deployed objects-checking efficiency and security in Cloud.

Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) in Fashion Design introduces students to a combination of traditional craft techniques with digital technologies to transform concepts from two-dimensional fabrics into three-dimensional forms. The programme covers all aspects of the design process, from trend analysis, research and design development, drawing and illustration, colour and fabric development, historical and cultural studies, translation of ideas from 2D to 3D through to presentation, marketing and business development.

The curriculum focuses on various aspects of mass media -- from writing for media to developing communication skills to learning the basics of electronic and digital productions.
