Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

The course is a combination of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated program, a student becomes well-versed in two different professional fields as a comprehensive concept with a focus on the impacts of digitisation in the legal industry. Students learn about different digital technologies and solutions, and their effects in the field of law.

The program is a blend of legal functioning of the corporate entities with compliances required by them. This may include incorporation and setting up of all types of Companies, creating a business setup in India through a branch or liaison office, obtaining statutory approvals and licenses for starting a business from local, municipal, state, and central government authorities.

Hence, CISG (Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods), commonly known as Vienna Convention, was promulgated by the United Nations so that there is a common law for global businesses. Anybody who intends to enter international business must be aware of International Business Law to succeed.

The emphasis of the course is upon how international trade economics interacts with domestic investment law and cross-border investment law keeping in view MNC’s as well as other state and non-state actors.

Computational Mathematics involves mathematical research in areas of science and engineering where computing plays an essential role. Some topics of study include developing accurate and efficient numerical methods for solving physical or biological models, analysis of numerical approximations to differential and integral equations, developing computational tools to better understand data and structure, etc.
