Pharmaceutical Biotechnology can be defined as that branch of study which applies principles of biotechnology in development of therapeutics. This is one of the fastest growing areas in the pharma sector. Development of diagnostics as a point of care using pharmaceutical Biotechnology is widespread in todays’ world. Common biopharmaceutical products include proteins, antibodies, aptamers, recombinant DNA products, gene therapy, engineered enzyme, etc.  Pharmaceutical biotechnology companies develop tailor-made medicine for maximum therapeutic effects. A majority of therapeutic drugs in the current market are pharmaceutical application biotechnology principles such as antibodies, nucleic acid products and vaccines.

This course will cover all the technologies associated with production, manufacturing and registration of biological drugs. Integrated (B.Com (Hons)) - (MBA) - Banking and Insurance gives students an in-depth understanding of the economic, financial and banking affairs. It helps students gain adequate knowledge about the management of financial risk along with the general management areas such as strategy, marketing, and organisational studies. The specialisation aims to inculcate training and practical approach among the students by using modern technologies, and also to give adequate exposure to the operational environment in the field of banking.

PhD in Physics is the highest academic degree awarded in the study of Physics.

This program offers basic technologies of Virtualization (enabler of Cloud), infrastructure less computing at client side by IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)-by Vmware, Virtual Box, Openstack etc., PaaS (Platform as a service), having platforms for development environments, SaaS(Software as a Service), deploying software on cloud enabled infrastructure, performance tuning of deployed objects-checking efficiency and security in Cloud.

This course covers framework for integrated planning of businesses and supply chain strategy. The focus is on strategic alternatives for logistics and supply chain like alignment, agility, and adaptability. Further, strategic alternatives like efficient and responsive supply chains, speculative and postponement strategy are studied in detail. Also, customer specific performance metrics of supply chains like fill rate and on time delivery are studied.

Computational material science involves exploration of material structure, properties and behaviour using modelling, simulation, theory or statistics. It is a wide field that encompasses computational techniques that can simulate electronic structure of materials, explore materials at different length scales: nano, micro, meso and macro scales, predict the structure based on thermodynamic stability and accelerate discovery of novel materials with desired properties. A student opting for this specialisation will get exposed to these techniques and will gain an in-depth expertise on any one technique through the dedicated project work.

This program is designed for students who want not only a sound consolidation of their learnings at undergraduate level in Physics, but also need specialized training in Electronics catering to the future requirements of the industry. It has courses from analog and digital electronics and communication systems. The program is destined to transform the students into professionals ready to participate in industrial revolution 4.0. The specialization courses consist of a set of theory courses backed up with extensive lab sessions and project work. 

The full term of two years and the syllabus for the program is divided into four semesters. This Master’s program is also an ideal preparation for various PhD programs in basic sciences and engineering.
