B.Com (Hons.) a three-year undergraduate is a much sought after programme because it has application oriented -approach. The degree is a full-time three-year program designed to provide the student with a wide range of managerial skills, while at the same time, building competence in a particular area. Uttaranchal University has designed the programme in such a way that in addition to their major subjects, the students are exposed to general business principles, accounting, economic and quantitative skills. The students are given an exposure to soft skills, presentation skills, professional communication and office etiquettes.

The program B.Tech Civil Engineering with specialization in BIM is 4 years (or 8 semesters) undergraduate program to help students learning expertise in the field of building information modeling. Program will expose students to Building Information Modeling (BIM), a technology-assisted model-based project delivery approach that brings together different built environment disciplines.  BIM plays a crucial role in building documentation and students completing this course will have the skills required for jobs in BIM-related fields or to pursue BIM further in their post-graduation degree. In the labs, students will learn computer graphics, programming, 3D computer modeler, BIM software for controlling construction process, workflows and protocols.

LL.M. degree prepares the students for a satisfying career in various branches of law, such as law officers, legal advisors and law professionals having independent set-up. LL.M. degree also qualifies a person for teaching in a law school and university. They can also take Judicial Service Examination and become judges. There is no dearth of career opportunities for LL.M. degree holders.

B.A.LL.B. offers students the opportunity to enter the field of legal education at a very early stage of their academic career. It is the integrated programme of law where students get the opportunity to simultaneously study law and humanities. The allied subjects offered under this programme are English, Political Science, History, Sociology, Business Studies, and Management.

Environmental science is an interdisciplinary academic field related to advanced study about environment and ecosystem. It also deals with the solution of environmental problems which is the need of the hour. Apart from the study of biological and physical characters of the environment, it also includes the social and cultural factors and impact of humans on the environment.

M.Sc. Environmental Science is a 2-year full-time PG course which includes courses of ecology, environment and green chemistry, energy and environment, natural resource management, environment nanotechnology, water and waste water management, and environment and health which are designed with the aim of fulfilling the demands of trained human resource in this field. This program will prepare individual for understanding environmental issues and find sustainable solution for it.

BBA- Digital Marketing Program curriculum is designed by academia and industry experts with a strong professional and practical attitude. It uniquely interweaves theoretical, practical and experiential learning for the students through classroom sessions, laboratory trainings, & e-projects. BBA program gives the students strategic outlook on problems of business organization, management & solutions to them. The BBA program seeks to provide to the management trainees the understanding of the theory, practice of management and the required knowledge and skills to succeed in the business world. The degree programme is intended for those who wish to acquire business and managerial knowledge and skills. The curriculum provides the students with a strategic perspective on contemporary issues in management. The academic curriculum of this 3 years programme involves comprehensive learning that would produce managers who are well equipped with technical expertise and practical knowledge relevant to today’s globalized environment. This program provides the students with practical orientation and broad specialization in marketing, finance, information systems, human resource management and international business. The programme has extensive in-house practical training, with audio-visual support, class room session, case studies, seminar session, summer training and industrial visits.

MBA – International Business comprises various courses such as international trade procedure and documentation, international marketing logistics, Multinational Financial Management, Export- Import Management, International Marketing Management, Cross-Cultural and Behaviour and Legal Dimensions of International Business.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Biotechnology is a 3-year program with an enriched curriculum comprising of basic courses (cell biology, biochemistry, animal and plant physiology, developmental biology) and applied courses (plant and animal biotechnology, bioinformatics, bioprocess technology and others). Specific courses target skill development, employability and entrepreneurship potential of biotechnology.
