The Graduate Diploma in Marketing allows you to add a specialisation in marketing with elective options in strategic management, operations, international business and more to further your career. You will use your existing graduate skills or extensive experience to start your business study at the equivalent level to the final year of a business degree. The Graduate Diploma in Marketing is a great option if you are seeking promotion in your existing employment, wish to broaden your skill and knowledge base and keep ahead in the knowledge game or if you are considering a career change, including self-employment.

Are you interested and passionate about health, fitness, sport, recreation and exercise

There are a range of opportunities available to help you into employment and future study in this growing and key industry sector. This level 5 program is the first year of the diploma qualifications. You will focus on fitness techniques, health, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, training, coaching and motivating people with the sector. This program replaces the Diploma in Applied Fitness. If you have partially completed the Diploma in Applied Fitness you will be able to transition onto this new qualification.

Logistics is an innovative industry with constantly emerging business processes changes, enterprise software, tracking-and-reporting technologies, and business models. This program is designed for people who seek to gain advanced skills and knowledge in logistics and supply chain management to apply to their business environment, whether it be domestic or international business.The aim of this program is to produce work-ready graduates with the personal attributes, advanced specialised knowledge and practical skills necessary to make an immediate and innovative contribution to organisations engaged in, or wishing to engage in logistics and supply chain management whether locally, nationally or internationally.

This program is designed to give people who already have a degree or extensive business experience an opportunity to extend their knowledge into the field of management without having to complete another degree. The Graduate Diploma in Management allows you to add a specialisation in management with elective options in international business, human resource management, logistics and more to further your career. The Graduate Diploma in Management is ideal if you are seeking promotion in your existing employment, wish to widen your skill and knowledge base and keep ahead in the knowledge game or if you are considering a career change, including self-employment.

• One year full time or longer part time Open entry for any person with an undergraduate degree.
• This program is made up of five compulsory courses and two elective courses.

Through this program you will gain the skills and knowledge for entry-level positions in production and/or design roles within arts and design industries such as designers, technicians, machinists, or salespeople. All courses in this program are compulsory, so you are sure to gain a good broad understanding of arts and design. You will also get a taste of each of the areas you can specialise in if you go on to further study at NMIT. You will complete a Lab and a Project course for each of the following disciplines:

The New Zealand Diploma in Business Level 5 Leadership and Management strand allows you to launch your career in management with the operational skills to lead the charge in business’s daily functions. You will learn the fundamentals of business operations covering leadership, human resource management, law, Treaty of Waitangi and more. In addition the applied teaching method will provide a safe environment to develop essential employable skills including effective communication, collaboration and team work across mediums, problem solving and decision making. This program has been developed in collaboration with industry to ensure graduates have employable skills for the New Zealand business environment.
