The Bachelor of Music in Performance with a Harp emphasis invites students to study with peers from across the globe. At the Fred Fox School of Music, students enjoy close interaction with the esteemed faculty, all of whom are artists in their own right and who've performed at the world's greatest concert halls and received numerous accolades as musicians. Students can audition for the Harp Studio, which offers weekly private lessons, a studio class, the study of harp pedagogy, orchestral coaching, mock auditions and master classes with guest artists. Students can take advantage of opportunities to arrange, compose, record and tour with HarpFusion. Upon graduation, students are equipped for roles as performing artists, teachers, administrators and music scholars.

Focus your anthropology studies on the human body and its relationship to society and how one affects the other, evolutionary changes, global diseases and more. The Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with an emphasis in Human Biology helps students forge a path in various roles in the fields of human and animal medicine: doctor, nurse, midwife, veterinarian, zoologist. As a science degree, coursework includes classes such as biology and chemistry. In its most basic form, the study of anthropology centers on the question of what it means to be human. Flute studies at the Fred Fox School of Music include weekly private lessons, a weekly studio master class, small group technique classes, flute pedagogy and more. Along with applied study, students earning the Bachelor of Music in Performance with a Flute emphasis perform solo, chamber, concerto, orchestral and wind ensemble repertoire for live performances, competitions and recordings. They focus on performance objectives; develop important kinesiological habits; condense music theory, history and physiology in a simplified, interpretative way; and train the body's physical performance mechanisms. Students are encouraged to seek national and international recognition through competitions, festival performances and scholarly publications.

The study of world religions offers you a deeper understanding of global cultures and belief systems to address life's biggest questions. Religion has been a central force in world history, and it continues to play a powerful role in the human experience. The Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies provides students with a broad understanding of human diversity, the complexities of social and cultural systems of thought, and the human pursuit of meaning. Coursework examines the dynamic traditions of world religions, the role of religion in global politics, the relationship of religion and science, and the religious dimensions of art and culture. Combined with core academic skills in written and oral communication, the Religious Studies degree prepares students to become independent thinkers and problem solvers in the 21st century.

Political science is the study of government, public policy and the political behavior of individuals and groups. The Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Foreign Affairs uses humanistic and scientific perspectives to examine relationships among societies in countries and regions around the world. Students are introduced to concepts in politics, policy issues and the structure of governments. For those interested in law, civil service or foreign service, the Foreign Affairs emphasis is a good fit. It combines coursework from international relations and comparative politics, along with the basics of political science. The Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeological Sciences introduces students to the rigorous study of archaeological data.
