The visual media option is a practice-based sequence of courses designed to develop skills applicable to narrative and documentary films, commercials, branded video, and animation. You’ll learn how to write, direct, film, edit, color grade, composite, and design sound. You’ll complete a mix of individual and collaborative projects designed to develop conceptual and technical film and media-making skills.

This non-thesis degree program provides a mix of theoretical and applied background for students interested in a career in statistics. Natural Resources Management is the management of both people and the environment to achieve society’s goals and sustain natural systems. Auburn’s Bachelor of Science in Building Construction (BSCI) Program is a four-year ACCE accredited program focused on construction management including specialized training in estimating, scheduling, project management, safety, surveying, sustainable construction, and structures.

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics (DMS) at Auburn University has over 50 professors representing diverse areas of pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and statistics. Many of the general undergraduate classes are capped at under 30 students, meaning they are able to offer students personal attention and close contact with faculty. The program in Mathematics provides students with a general background in mathematics preparing them for graduate studies in mathematics or careers that require mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills. It is well suited for students who wish to pursue a career in teaching mathematics in a university/college, or who desire more flexibility or emphasis in liberal arts.
