This is a two-year (four semester) program designed to prepare graduates to enter the growing field of human resources management, to prepare for a variety of careers in a shorter time period than having to complete an Advanced Diploma.

Graduates will have a foundation of general business knowledge to help them understand how human resources contributes to organizational success.
