Our Justice Studies: Corrections program is designed to provide students the knowledge and skills required for individuals aspiring to a career as a Correctional Officer or other related fields of criminal justice. Auto Body and Collision Technicians see cars as canvases. They are detailed artists who repair and restore damaged motor vehicle body parts and interior finishing components, repaint body surfaces and repair and replace automotive glass. You’ll learn how to prime, paint, weld, apply body filler application, conduct fibreglass repair, as well as how to operate manual, electric and pneumatic tools. Our fully-equipped shop will let you exercise your creative skills by designing mock-ups and working on real customer vehicles.

July 1, 2014 marked a dramatic change in the practice of pharmacy in New Brunswick. As pharmacists expand their scope, spending increasing amounts of time in direct patient care, the opportunity for pharmacy technicians to take more responsibility in patient care has created a need for regulation of pharmacy technicians. Our program, nationally accredited by the Canadian Council of Accreditation for Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP), combines an exciting blend of theory, lab classes and applied workplace experiences in hospital and community pharmacies. You will learn the technical facets of pharmacy practices that will ensure a high standard of patient care and the safe distribution of drug products in varied practice settings.

The one-year Applied Energy Management Graduate Certificate program is designed for graduates with an engineering degree or diploma to further their education and seek an opportunity for effective energy management in the commercial building industry. This program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary for the growing workforce needs in energy management, energy auditing, innovation, entrepreneurship, and design and development of efficient new energy systems for a commercial building or facility.

The program offers a broad range of skill-based training in commercial building automation, efficient building operation, energy auditing, and energy management including solar energy. Students will learn to apply new energy-efficient technologies and innovative solutions to conservation, sustainability, and management of energy and efficiency for ventilation, heating and cooling, lighting, office equipment, and building automation and control systems in commercial buildings. Students will also learn how to perform energy assessments and cost-benefit analysis, work on energy management practices, and plan and create an energy solution for a commercial building.
