In addition, your professors have strong ties with major tech companies, including Microsoft, Bell, Rogers, Keysight Technologies and Freescale Semiconductors, to help you gain exposure to current industry practices and build a network prior to graduation. The Cloud Architecture & Administration graduate certificate program will provide you with knowledge and skills to become an essential part of a modern information technology (IT) team. You will learn how to effectively and securely integrate IT infrastructure, including cloud services, internet of things devices and traditional on-premises equipment. You will also develop an understanding of potential issues with privacy and the law and how to mitigate those risks. This two-year diploma program prepares you with the skills and knowledge to begin your career as a programmer. As a leader in developing relevant programs, we have the largest offering of computer studies programs in the province. New for 2021: Seneca has launched the Flights Experiential Hub at Newnham Campus. This state-of-the-art training centre is the first of its kind among Canadian postsecondary institutions. It includes a B737 cabin simulator, an A320 door simulator, a mock airline interior cabin, and an aircraft evacuation slide, all to provide you with real-life learning experiences. While many of the program's courses remain online, they are balanced with opportunities to study on-campus, using authentic airline safety and emergency equipment in semesters two, three and four.

Field Placement
As part of your program credit hours, you will complete 150 hours of field placement in the fourth semester. This four-year degree program combines theory with practice, allowing you to develop critical and strategic skills required for human resource management. You will gain necessary technical knowledge including HRIMS/SAP, data mining and metrics.

As a graduate of this program, you will have the required knowledge to pursue several key industry designations such as:

Mandatory Degree Co-op
A work experience that includes at least one term in a formal work environment. Students must be in good standing and meet all identified requirements prior to participating in the work experience. The successful completion of the co-op work term(s) is required for graduation. Eligibility for participation does not guarantee that a work position will be secured. This eight-month graduate certificate program focuses on the long-term economic, environmental and social value of sustainable business strategy.

This program is designed to meet the growing needs of professionals who can propose, measure and evaluate sustainability initiatives. You will learn to develop and implement economically viable, lean business strategies for existing organizations or pursue entrepreneurship in sustainability. As a student of this program, you will have access to our HELIX innovation incubator.
