MM(DU) offers B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), a dedicated course that helps the students evolve as Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist. An MLT is an important part of Medical team with full knowledge of diagnosis, prevention and timely treatment of diseases through clinical laboratory tests. As a professional, you would play a key role in identifying abnormalities in the samples such as malignancies, pathogens, or genetic abnormalities.

The BBA course aims at providing inputs to the students relevant to the business, industry and trade so that they can function in different organizations and face the challenges arising there from. The program involves in-depth laboratory work for students to gain expertise in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. It also provides managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management.
The course pays attention to tactical and strategic management in areas like event management, financial management, human resource management, revenue management and entrepreneurship. Some of the foremost objectives of the course are also to develop research skills, complete a 6 months internship in the industry that too twice during the tenure of the course which will be able to deepen the knowledge in the field of Hospitality Industry.

The course has an extensive curriculum embracing subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Radiation Physics, Imaging Physics and Radiographic Positioning, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Medicine, Orthopedics, ENT, special radiographic procedures, new imaging modalities and recent advancements.

Periodontology is the dental specialty that focuses on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gingiva, or “gums” and other surrounding tissues. The Department of Periodontology & Oral Implantology educates the under graduate students in the didactic and clinical applications necessary to perform the entire spectrum of periodontal procedures. The department includes MDS programme which is a three-year program with an intake capacity of 5 students per year. The department also includes the Dental Hygiene Program, which has a intake capacity of 20 students per year. The goal of the Department is to promote periodontal dentistry as dental medicine where prevention can be practiced. Periodontists believe that personal good oral hygiene behaviors are best taught to and practiced by age-specific and social groups through oral health education. Periodontal medicine perceives good oral health as an open gateway to good general systemic health, and documents the many links to general systemic health affected by the destructive presence of inflammation and oral infection from bacteria.

The undergraduate degree in Nursing is to provide an educational programme through which the graduates will be prepared to assume responsibility in the primary, secondary, and tertiary care of people as professional nurses. It is expected that graduates are capable of teaching and supervising appropriate nursing and health care in different setting and participate in the administration of nursing service and education. 2 year full-time course having 4 semesters where last semester includes professional training project in the Software industry. The curriculum includes mastering the fundamentals of computing and provides an opportunity to gain maximum knowledge of a broad range of topics.
