The three-year full time regular course equips the students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. The program involves in-depth laboratory work for students to gain expertise in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. It also provides managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management.
The course pays attention to tactical and strategic management in areas like event management, financial management, human resource management, revenue management and entrepreneurship. Some of the foremost objectives of the course are also to develop research skills, complete a 6 months internship in the industry that too twice during the tenure of the course which will be able to deepen the knowledge in the field of Hospitality Industry.

M.Sc. in Medical Radio Imaging is a postgraduate course training the students in the application of technology for viewing, analyzing, and interpreting such a non-uniformly composed object as the human body. The course has an extensive curriculum embracing subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Radiation Physics, Imaging Physics and Radiographic Positioning, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Medicine, Orthopedics, ENT, special radiographic procedures, new imaging modalities and recent advancements.

The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics at the Maharashi Markandeshwar College of Dental Science & Research Mullana aims at the diagnosis and treatment of dental caries and its sequel, maltormations, discoloration thereby restoring the teeth to its normal form and function with a pleasing aesthetics. The department has modern dental units with separate UG and air conditioned PG clinics. The clinics are fully loaded with all the latest instruments and dental materials like RVG,Surgical Operating Microscope ,Endoactivator,Thermoplastic obturation system,Endodmotor etc. There is an ample flow of patients for clinical training and an opportunity for students to increase their skills.The department has full fledge experienced faculty all of who are committed to excellence in all fields. Realizing the increasing importance of law professional in the world of business and corporate management, the Department of Law at MM(DU) offers this course which blends the best of both worlds – Commercial and Legal. The course explores extensive opportunities available in the world of commercial and legal practice. The students are given in-depth knowledge of every aspect of law along with skills training to communicate, both orally and in writing, to think critically and creatively, and to access, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information. The course B.Com.LL.B.(Honors) aims to provide the opportunity in law with combination of commerce and management .

The undergraduate degree in Nursing is to provide an educational programme through which the graduates will be prepared to assume responsibility in the primary, secondary, and tertiary care of people as professional nurses. It is expected that graduates are capable of teaching and supervising appropriate nursing and health care in different setting and participate in the administration of nursing service and education. Pediatric dentistry encompasses a variety of disciplines, techniques and procedures to modify and adapt to the special needs of infants, children and adolescents. Pediatric Dentistry is an “Age Defined” specialty. In this department, students perform all types of preventive and comprehensive dental procedures in children up to the age of 14 years. Further, a child friendly environment is provided considering the variable behavior needs of the growing children and thus instilling in them a positive attitude towards dentistry.

The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery deals with teaching, evaluating, carrying out research in and providing surgical healthcare services in the diagnosis and treatment of trauma, diseases, deformities and defects of the face and jaws.

The course addresses different aspects of agriculture including Forestry and Horticulture as well. The students are given in-depth knowledge of scientific agricultural practices and trending farming techniques. The idea is to upgrade their skills and nurture a professional attitude towards agricultural development. The focus of the course is to create professionals who work on promoting best practices in agriculture for rural and national development.

Optometry is the science of dealing with issues and problems related to the eye. A course in Optometry covers every aspect related to understanding the eye, problems, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of illnesses and diseases etc. MM(DU) follows the Ministry of Health guidelines and offers lateral entry in Degree course to diploma holders in Optometry in the 3rd semester to balance the gaps in diploma programs. The program covers both clinical and theoretical aspects. Students would get in-depth understanding and training to treat Cornea, Glaucoma, Low vision and Retina.
