Aviation is the backbone of the global economy. As an introductory course, this course will amplify the importance of the global and regional tourism and airlines systems to the students from an open system perspective. As a basic introduction to the discipline, this course will introduce the student to the basic principles of Airlines, Tourism & Hospitality industry. The course will make the student to focus on the intricate aspects of three major tourism industry components viz: accommodation, travel and visitor services. This course will indicate how direct and indirect links between these components are mandatory for the very success of a country’s tourism industry and in turn the global tourism industry.

B.Pharm course focuses on medicinal chemistry, organic as well as inorganic aspects of chemistry. It also includes concepts of Bio-chemistry, Health education and Human anatomy and highlights the uses, effect and action of drugs on body (Pharmacology, Pathophysiology) as part of the curriculum. This program teaches the process of turning a chemical into a drug which is called physical pharmaceutics, Bio-pharmaceutics plus pharmaceutical technology. Apart from this Herbal drug technology is also part of the curriculum.

The syllabus is designed in such a way to make the students aware of preclinical and clinical experimental studies and provide them advanced training in various fields of pharmacology like molecular level, basic level and clinical level.  Excellent experiments are carried out in each of these areas, which equip the student with skills for research. M. Pharm. (Pharmacology) helps the students to understand clinical uses of drugs in treatment of diseases, concept of drug action and adverse effects of drugs.

The B.Com (Hons.) course aims at providing inputs to the students relevant to the business, industry and trade so that they can function in different organizations and face the challenges arising there from. The course not only aims at providing knowledge and skills in different areas of management, but also provides inputs necessary for the overall development of the personality of the students.

The Pharm D programme is an emerging concept globally focusing mainly on improving healthcare system for a better drug therapy by assisting medical practitioners. It is a clinical-oriented curriculum where the students would be trained to provide information about diseases, drugs and lifestyle modifications to the patients in a hospital environment and work on to improve the patient’s health condition.

Master of Physiotherapy program offered by MM (DU), Mullana is designed to meet the international standards and is recognized by the IAP. B. Sc. in Cardiovascular technology (B.Sc-CVT) is an industry-oriented course with focus on training students in of cardiovascular disease management and care. Students are given in-depth understanding and training to acquire skills for management of various cardiac disorders. The graduates can work as Cardiac Technologists who assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac (heart) and peripheral vascular (blood vessel) conditions. They play a crucial role during open-heart surgery or for implanting pacemakers or while monitoring patients during these procedures.

B.A.LL.B. course provides the students a great opportunity to explore the theoretical & practical knowledge of this field. B.A.LL.B. course provides options to work as litigating lawyers and corporate lawyers. The idea behind the course is to groom the students with a sound understanding of the fundamentals of legal profession. The course is designed to help the students explore and develop multiple skills ranging from analytical thinking to effective communication. The Department imparts the knowledge of the principles of health promotion and disease prevention among the students. It also helps to achieve knowledge of community based preventive measure and knowledge of social, cultural and environmental factors which contribute to health. The students will be able to administer Oral Hygiene instructions, topical fluoride therapy and fissure sealants to the patients. The department also imparts education regarding the etiology and prevention of Oral Disease and encouraging them by assuring responsibility of their Oral Health. Further the students are also trained to develop and prepare charts, models, posters and visuals on Oral Health Themes with the intention to educate the mass about the importance of Oral Health.

The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology is considered as the backbone of Dentistry as it deals with the diagnosis of all the dental diseases. Further it is considered special as this department is a combination of Oral Medicine as well as Maxillofacial Radiology. Further, this department serves as a connecting link between dentistry and Medicine. The department serves and thrives to teach the students regarding the diagnosis and treatment protocol of different head and neck medical diseases. Since the oral cavity is considered as the mirror of the overall health of the individual, the students are made well aware of all these signs and symptoms. The department also imparts knowledge regarding the various psychological conditions having oral implications and vice versa. In a nutshell, the oral medicine department works as a part of a multi-disciplinary patient care team.

Training in Maxillofacial Radiology includes the knowledge and expertise in the acquisition and interpretation of radiographic images including IOPA’s and other intraoral as well as extraoral techniques. Training also includes the expertise in conventional and advanced maxillofacial imaging including CT and MRI as well.
