Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

This course is designed to train students in the intricacies of law as well as financial markets, making them proficient in all basic law subjects such as constitutional law, criminal law, and international law. In addition to these, it has an in-depth focus on laws related to banking, finance and insurance, the pillars of modern economies, and regulatory bodies related to these fields such as Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), Competition Commission of India (CCI), and Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA).

Data Science is a blend of various tools, algorithms, and machine learning principles with the goal to discover hidden patterns from the raw data. Data Scientist not only does the exploratory analysis to discover insights from it, but also uses various advanced machine-learning algorithms to identify the occurrence of a particular event in the future. Data Science is primarily used to make decisions and predictions making use of predictive causal analytics, prescriptive analytics (predictive plus decision science) and machine learning.

The course is dynamic in nature and gives students the time and space to explore different aspects of the digital media landscape. The thematic focus for study majorly revolves around Mass Media and its roots in social communication; Digital Marketing; Social Media; Digital Media Communication; PR and Advertising and Digital Media and Contemporary Relevance. Enrolled students will get equipped in skills related to advertising, public relations, digital storytelling, podcasting, etc.

Cybersecurity has become an important buzzword because every business and company has an online presence now. Along with a specially curated curriculum, UPES also offers certifications such as "EC Council Certified Ethical Hackers" and "IRCA and CQI certified ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditors", to give students an added incentive and help keep up with the competent and lucrative job market.

The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

The course trains students to assist clients in setting up and managing their businesses across India. The program is a blend of legal functioning of the corporate entities with compliances required by them. Students will be able to provide end-to-end advisory service regarding the most suitable form of organization, based on the client’s specific needs and objectives. This may include incorporation and setting up of all types of Companies, creating a business setup in India through a branch or liaison office, obtaining statutory approvals and licenses for starting a business from local, municipal, state, and central government authorities.

This course gives an overview of cyber laws including the legal regime related to cyber-crime, copyright issue in cyberspace, cyber-crimes, and related subjects. Various class assignments and other activities involve case studies, group activities, cooperative group solving problems with real-life examples, so that students can get the idea about the practical aspects of this field.

UPES provides a unique and focused M.Sc. program with specialization in Organic chemistry. The specialization equips students with extensive knowledge allowing them to opt for various careers in academics, industries and research fields. M.Sc. Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry will help the students to understand the chemical synthesis of various chemicals, products and polymers The plethora of research area among the faculty members provides an understanding of different future oriented aspects of chemistry.  The Laboratory courses are designed to offer comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience on sophisticated techniques. The last semester of the program is dedicated to dissertation work making students aware about the application of concepts on real-life challenges. The specialization provides hands-on experience in subjects such as retail analytics, retail supply chain, retail business, retail marketing and e-payment system for e-commerce. The curriculum includes required skills in digital marketing and search engine optimization.

This program is designed for students who want not only a sound consolidation of their learnings at undergraduate level in Physics, but also seek specialized training in Electronics catering to the future requirements of the industry. It offers courses from analog and digital electronics, and communication systems. The program is aimed to transform students into professionals ready to participate in industrial revolution 4.0. The specialization courses consist of a set of theory courses backed up with extensive lab sessions and project work. This program is also an ideal preparation for various PhD programs in basic sciences and engineering.
