This specialization lays a solid foundation in all areas of food biotechnology and provides a comprehensive review of the biological and chemical concepts that are important in each discipline. Food Biotechnology is a branch of food science in which modern biotechnological techniques are applied. It covers topics ranging from molecular biology to industrial applications of food biotechnology for the improvement of food and food products. It prepares students for careers in the dynamic food sector as well as for research and development.

The specialisation covers the all the traditional computer science subjects (DBMS, OS, Networks, Data structure, JAVA, etc.) and domain-oriented subjects (3D Modeling, Animation, Game development). The course gives the complete overview of how the graphics is created or a game is developed.

Information Technology Infrastructure is the backbone of any business which uses IT as a service to run their business. IT Infrastructure work with a combination of three components, Hardware, Software, and Networking. This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge of OS Management, Cloud Management, Virtualization Management, IT Operation Management, Configuration Management, API Management, Risk Management, Cyber Security, Customer Relationship Management, and many more. Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Process Design and Intensification is a specialization in Chemical Engineering to be launched in 2021, which deals with process designing as well as its intensification. Process design is the backbone of any chemical process industry, be it paints and polymers or pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. The designing of equipment, their placement in a process, designing and developing the flowsheets and finally improving the design to reduce operation cost and improve efficiency (intensification) becomes the base of any chemical process. The students will get a hands-on training and expertise in courses like Process Design, Process flow-sheeting, Process intensification, Chemical Engineering safety along with all basic chemical engineering courses. They will also be trained in software like ASPEN, MATLAB, PROSIM etc. which will allow the students to be industry ready.

Masters in Microbiology is a two year course that offers two specialization streams namely Food and Environmental Microbiology and Medical and Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

Medical Microbiology comprises and integrates the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology. The common bond between them is the focus on the causes of infectious diseases and on the reactions of the host to the pathogens. The objective of specialized course of medical microbiology is to provide in-depth knowledge of the etiologic organisms causing diseased and the pathogenic mechanisms leading to clinically manifest infections into its host.
