B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry is a 3 years program deals with in- depth study of various areas of Organic, Inorganic, Physical and Analytical Chemistry. Bachelor of Hotel Management is a graduate programme which introduces students to Hotel Industry. The Hotel Industry is a part of the wider Hospitality or Service Sector. Students learn the core aspects of hotel work which includes Front Office Operation, Food Production Operation, F & B Service Manager, House Keeping Manager, Hospitality, Sales and Marketing. The Hotel Industry is a global phenomenon; hence Employment Avenue is not limited to one country. Students can work at international level with MNCs and global service providers.

B.Sc. (Hons.) microbiology program beside studying basic and applied field of microbiology including bacteriology, virology, medical and environmental microbiology, microbes in food, dairy and agriculture students also acquire knowledge and skills related to interdisciplinary fields including chemistry, computers, biostats, biotechnology, bioinformatics, analytical instrumentation and others.

B.B.A LL.B. offers students the opportunity to enter the field of legal education at a very early stage of their academic career. It is the integrated programme of law where students get the opportunity to simultaneously study law and humanities. The allied subjects offered under this programme are English, Political Science, History, Sociology, Business Studies, and Management.

Physics is enriched with the core subjects, seminar, elective papers and dissertation.In this program, student gains knowledge about various topics associated with the concepts of Computer Science and Programming, Optoelectronics, Laser Physics, Nuclear Physics, Condensed matter Physics, Materials Science and Nanotechnology.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics  is an innovative programme in Mathematics at Undergraduate Level. The three-year undergraduate programme provides a firm foundation in the techniques of modern mathematics and classic mathematics. The content of this program is meticulously prepared to promote the application of Mathematics to physical problems, industrial issues in multidisciplinary environments. This programme would produce graduates who possess analytical and mathematical skills to find solutions to the complex problems of business, accounting and engineering.

B.Tech ECE with VLSI & Embedded system is a 4 year program offered at Uttaranchal University aims to provide the knowledge and skills in VLSI design methodology and embedded system. The curriculum covers algorithms, System Architecture Verification Techniques, Component requirement for Hardware Model, substantial Designs, and Synthesis & Simulation for VLSI system. The programme also covers thrust areas like Real Time application of VLSI & Embedded Systems, Advanced Microcontrollers, Advanced Embedded System Design, and System on Chip.
