Digital Communication Management is a two-semester Ontario College Graduate Certificate program that is intended to prepare students to deliver messages in today's increasingly connected media environment. It is designed for students who want to expand their skills in the production and management of social media, media communications, video and audio production, photography, web and digital design.

Graduates will be able to leverage these skills in content strategy and curation, as well as user experience and design to develop significant opportunities for employment in almost any sector that wishes to engage or educate an audience.

The Social Service Worker (Fast Track) program provides an opportunity for university graduates (Psychology, Sociology or Social Work related) and community college Community Studies diploma graduates to complete the requirements for graduation from the Social Service Worker program in three levels (ten months). Graduates from the Social Service Worker program are eligible for admission to The Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and must be members of this regulating body to use the professional title "Registered Social Service Worker".

The Child and Youth Care program prepares individuals to provide care and treatment for children and youth experiencing emotional, behavioural, social and mental health challenges. This education and training combines both an academic facet with comprehensive and varied field experience.

This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program develops advanced knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and awareness of effective intervention techniques via two field placements and academic study.  Graduates have highly specialized areas of knowledge in ASD and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to design and implement behaviour strategies, understand evidence-based treatments for individuals with ASD, collect and analyze data, and work with and train families on implementing behavioural strategies.

Companies are increasingly challenged with how to collect and make sense of vast amounts of data in order to improve their competitive position. A critical role in the facilitation of software/system development for the purpose of collecting data will be played by the Technical Systems Analyst. This IT professional will interface with organizational areas to gather their business (data) requirements and translate them into functional systems design specifications that can be successfully implemented by IT teams. In order to fulfill this role, the candidate must have a solid foundation in IT supplemented by the critical skills to be developed in this program, including: application software development, business data analysis and modeling, customer engagement/communications management, business process and enterprise resource planning. A key part of this graduate program is the applied aspects of the curriculum. Students will have the opportunity to engage in the process of business analysis for information technology (IT) through case studies and industry-based projects.

This two-year Ontario College Diploma program provides the skills necessary for students wishing to enter the workforce in the live entertainment industry. Through both practical application and classroom theory, students will develop skills using the technologies of theatre production, with emphasis on lighting, sound, video and properties. To enhance these skills the students will also learn a range of disciplines including, networks, properties, scenic painting, rigging, special effects, design communications, theatre and art history and project management.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate (completed in two levels) designed for university and college graduates seeking a career in the supply chain sector.

The curriculum will focus on applied knowledge in the field of supply chain management within a global economy, encompassing the planning and management of all activities involved in procurement and all logistics management activities.  

Graduates of the program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be eligible to pursue a number of credentials within the supply chain management field.

International Business Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program, completed in two four-month levels (laptop required). Students will develop the skills to effectively investigate, analyze, manage and direct most aspects of international trade. Students work with real businesses, helping small and medium exporters capitalize on global opportunities, as preparation for various careers in the ever-expanding global economy. Professors have relevant and practical expertise in international trade, investment, marketing, finance and business management. Graduates will receive an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in International Business Management and, upon meeting Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) criteria on two major projects sent for external grading and transfer of credits to FITT, a Diploma in International Trade from FITT will be issued. Graduates who complete the required work experience in international business and meet other FITT criteria can subsequently apply to receive the Certified International Trade Professional designation (CITP).

The Human Services Foundation program provides a broad education in understanding human behaviour and serves as a foundation for preparing the student to enter specific people helping career programs. Basic academic coursework relevant to human services and volunteer experience in a human services setting combine to provide a comprehensive introduction to the field of helping.

This Graduate Certificate program will prepare students for supervisory and managerial positions in the broad transportation industry, with a particular focus on automotive service and repair. The program includes business curriculum including leadership and management, human resources, operations management, accounting, and business communications, and curriculum addressing multiple aspects of the transportation industry including automotive, truck and coach, paint and body, and agriculture operations. This unique combination of business and automotive courses will prepare graduates for a variety of positions within the transportation industry such as service consultant, parts advisor, warranty administrator, and customer relations.
