The program is designed to develop graduates with essential advanced technical, organizational, interpersonal, administrative and managerial skills required for the automotive service industry as well as providing progressive and comprehensive learning experiences on internal combustion spark ignition engines, power trains and related modern vehicle systems. The two term Construction Project Management program will focus on the knowledge and skills required to advance in the construction industry to a management position, acknowledging the new demands of this role that include the theory and practice of managing a residential, industrial, commercial and institutional (I.C.I.) construction project from start to finish, while working inter-professionally and coordinating the work with a variety of other trades/professions. International Business Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program, completed in two four-month levels (laptop required). Students will develop the skills to effectively investigate, analyze, manage and direct most aspects of international trade. Students work with real businesses, helping small and medium exporters capitalize on global opportunities, as preparation for various careers in the ever-expanding global economy. Professors have relevant and practical expertise in international trade, investment, marketing, finance and business management. Graduates will receive an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in International Business Management and, upon meeting Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) criteria on two major projects sent for external grading and transfer of credits to FITT, a Diploma in International Trade from FITT will be issued. Graduates who complete the required work experience in international business and meet other FITT criteria can subsequently apply to receive the Certified International Trade Professional designation (CITP).

The Computer Systems Technology program is an accredited, three-year co-operative education, Ontario College Advanced Diploma program which provides comprehensive training for students wishing to work in the high demand areas of network, security, virtualization, data storage and management and systems operation and management.  This program provides the students the ability to be effective team leaders, think critically, solve problems and acquire new skills quickly.

Under the guidance of expert faculty, combined with the use of leading edge labs, the program emphasizes the design, implementation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, management, as well as the hands-on installation of networking, security, VoIP, mobile devices, virtualization, data storage and management, server, workstation and operating systems technologies.

Instruction in project management, communication and interpersonal skills prepare the student to effectively interact with all levels of users in both oral and written mediums.

Upon completion of the program, and in addition to the highly valued Ontario College Advanced Diploma, graduates should have the knowledge and skills to take exams for the following certifications, if they choose to do so: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Graduates may also choose to apply the knowledge gained to prepare and test for other industry certifications, such as those offered for Microsoft, Linux, VMWare and EMC2.

Business - Human Resources is a two-year Ontario College Diploma program. Students learn business basics such as accounting, communications, and computer applications, then focus on HR subjects such as training and development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, employment law and occupational health and safety.  In addition, students have the opportunity to achieve six of the nine Certified Human Resources Professional/Leader (CHRP/CHRL) credits. In their final semester, in class students have the opportunity to participate in a mentorship with an HR professional to experience first-hand the HR workplace environment. Graduates are in demand for HR generalist  jobs as well as in recruiting, compensation and benefits, training and development and health and safety. Graduates who meet admission requirements are eligible for transfer to the Business Administration - Human Resources Advanced Diploma program where they will have the opportunity to achieve the balance of the CHRP/CHRL credits (three additional credits).

Business Fundamentals - Entrepreneurship is a one-year Ontario College Certificate program.  This customized program is designed specifically for the novice entrepreneur and will provide graduates with the knowledge required to plan, start and manage their own small business.  Through the program curriculum, students explore alternatives for starting a business, such as franchising and taking over the family firm, as well as financing options.  The Business Fundamentals -Entrepreneurship program gives students insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship and assist students in acquiring the skills for long-term management of the business and their development as entrepreneurs.  Under the supervision of a faculty advisor, students prepare a comprehensive business plan intended to help students launch their own business upon graduation.

This program is structured for individuals with previous BIM experience who are looking to expand their knowledge in a rapidly growing sector of the AEC industry. Courses will explore current industry topics such as, BIM Implementation and Procurement, BIM Management and Workflows; BIM Integration (Clash Detection; Reality Capture) and Collaboration using BIM tools among many other relevant items. These courses will provide the student with greater insight in the world of BIM and Integrated Practice methods for the construction sector.

The Fitness and Health Promotion program prepares graduates to perform the roles and responsibilities of a fitness consultant and personal trainer. Advanced Diploma in Respiratory Therapy

This three-year, advanced diploma program follows a curriculum approved by the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO), the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CRST) and the National Alliance of Respiratory Therapy Regulatory Bodies (NARTRB), and is accredited nationally through Accreditation Canada.  College faculty, together with instructors from the clinical affiliates, provide the scientific foundation and clinical experience required to prepare students for practice at the entry-level within Ontario, as well as nationally and internationally.

Diploma in Business (Co-op)

Business (Co-op) is a two-year Ontario College Diploma program. This program is designed for students with an interest in all aspects of business. Students gain an understanding of all various business areas including accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, supply chain management, small business, and project management. Ethical and sustainable business practices are considered, and students are encouraged to explore individual areas of business that are of greater interest.    Students are given a wide exposure to business that meets the needs of those who desire a career in business management whether in a large organization or a family business.  Students can also earn education credits toward the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. Graduates who meet admission requirements are eligible for transfer to the Business Administration - Leadership and Management Advanced Diploma or the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) Degree program.

Co-operative Education
In order to be eligible for co-op, students must maintain a 2.5 GPA and be academically complete at the commencement of their co-op work term.
