The specialisation acquaints the students on subjects such as Manufacturing Operations for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Lean Manufacturing et al. The program equips them to understand how an organization achieves high levels of efficiency in converting material and labour into goods and services and create linkages on their distribution.

The Integrated B.Tech Food Technology-M.B.A program helps students save one year, as it is a 5-year program in which students get both B.Tech Food Technology Degree as well as MBA degree and it is as per UGC Norms. In this integrated program, the management of food processing, storage, transportation, distribution, marketing, sale, profit and loss calculations are imparted.

This specialization lays a solid foundation in all areas of food biotechnology and provides a comprehensive review of the biological and chemical concepts that are important in each discipline. Food Biotechnology is a branch of food science in which modern biotechnological techniques are applied. It covers topics ranging from molecular biology to industrial applications of food biotechnology for the improvement of food and food products. It prepares students for careers in the dynamic food sector as well as for research and development.

This integrated specialization further offers students a chance to choose between two MBA specializations: 

• Product Management
• Marketing

Internet of Things will generate a large amount of data daily. The reciprocity of such huge amount of data in the form of text or image or audio can be beneficial for both Big Data Analytics and IoT systems. This makes IoT useful for companies that rely on data analytics to improve their systems. Students looking for a long-term career in this field will find abundance of jobs when they complete their course.

The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

This course has been designed to examine the interactions between food production and consumption, health, and environment through environmental and food justice lenses. Building on concepts developed in food systems, it explores topics such as public health disparities and their structural causes, environmental toxins in the food system and their impact on workers and consumers, as well as policies that have or could affect these outcomes, in both historical and contemporary contexts.

Apart from conceptual discussion and debates, the program also includes field trips and/or guest lectures to give practical experience to the learners.

In this specialisation, students learn about essential concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases, software engineering and design processes. Students will also obtain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence by implementing relevant real-world problems in a wide variety of application domains such as robotics, computer vision, natural language processing, etc. Students will be experienced in machine learning pipeline, data, models, algorithms, and empirics.

Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) in Transportation & Mobility Design gives students access to a High-Performance Visualization Lab for real-time 3D visualization of products, Rapid Product Development Lab equipped with Rapid Prototyping, Laser scanner and Laser cutting machines. Students will have proficiency in creating mobility solutions with distinct functions and social impact.

B.Tech computer science with specialization in computational stability imparts knowledge on how to apply techniques from computer science and related disciplines to help manage the balance of environmental, economic and societal needs for sustainable development. In this course, students study recent computational approaches that have contributed to addressing sustainability topics related to biodiversity, climate, environment, urban design, transportation, buildings and others.

PhD in Aerospace Engineering is the highest academic degree awarded in the study of Aerospace Engineering.

The course equips students on subjects including Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and International Financial Management, giving an understanding of the finance division of an organization or for pursuing higher education such as MBA, MS (Finance), FRM, and CFA program. Case studies and practical examples are at the core of this course. Students undertake term projects to apply the theoretical frameworks to business management issues, especially finance.

Integrated B.Sc.- M.Sc. (Physics) with specialization in Material Science aims to equip students both with the fundamental as well as advanced concepts in Physics as well as hands on training in synthesis and characterization of novel materials - finding applications in domains including but not limited to health, sanitation, defense, clean energy harvesting (solar cells, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, etc.), aerospace, semiconductors industry, etc. Students will also have opportunity to learn computational materials science, in which they will be equipped with various simulation software /techniques and numerical algorithms to simulate materials via computers. The students enrolling for this program will have opportunity to work with faculty members having exceptional academic and research credentials in theoretical and experimental materials science. Students will also have access to the state-of-the art material synthesis and characterization instruments installed in the campus.
