In the year 2021, we face an increasing array of environmental challenges that require greater levels of innovation and collaboration among industry, government, academics and communities. Jindal School of Environment and Sustainability (JSES) hopes to support the global efforts (India/Asia/Global South) toward a sustainable future with cutting-edge teaching, research and practice-based engagement. Through national and international collaborations, JSES will promote interdisciplinary studies, joint teaching and research programmes, and a comparative perspective on environment and sustainability issues. JSES has now opened admissions to the B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development programme for the academic year 2022-23.

The B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development uniquely combines natural and social sciences with humanities to equip students with a thorough understanding of sustainable development and its many facets. The programme is distinguishable from the B.A. in Environmental Studies based on its specific focus on the Sustainable Development Goals and its emphasis on scientific knowledge.

The three-year B.A. (Hons.) Legal Studies programme at Jindal Global Law school aims to nurture legal imagination among young students and build a strong foundation to study law and social sciences in the future or be absorbed into legal and allied fields. This B.A. (Hons.) Legal Studies  programme will be the first ever multi-disciplinary undergraduate degree in legal studies to be launched in 2020-21 academic year.

The three-year fully residential B.Com. (Hons.) Degree programme at Jindal School of Banking & Finance integrates traditional and contemporary courses in emerging areas with international & industry exposure, professional certifications, application of relevant analytical tools and research collaborations. The Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) is India’s first school of Global Policy, established in 2015 and offers a dynamic undergraduate programme: a 3-year B.A. (Hons.) in Global Affairs. Conceptualised as India’s first ever interdisciplinary undergraduate degree, it shall train students for international careers through basic learning in world affairs. It will help students acquire a holistic understanding of political theories and international affairs, develop in-depth knowledge of a region by offering various study abroad programmes associated with top ranking educational institutions across the globe. This course will teach students how to systematically apply methodological research, analysis, and historically contextualise contemporary global events. It will aid in developing critical thinking abilities, practical and linguistic skills, and research aptitude which will enable programme graduates to consider a wide range of post-graduation employment options.

B.A. (Hons.) Finance Entrepreneurship is an innovative programme that combines entrepreneurial skills and creative abilities with focused training in finance and practical knowledge of technology. This programme will provide students with the opportunity to develop skills through combination of traditional and practical knowledge, and perspectives on issues of finance and corporate affairs.

Jindal School of Banking & Finance offers the three-year fully residential B.A. Hons. Finance and Entrepreneurship programme with aim to provide students with hands-on training intending to prepare the students to create new products and services aiming to develop an entrepreneurial mindset with a practical understanding of finance in a dynamic environment.

The BA (Hons.) in Built Environment Studies at the Jindal School of Art and Architecture is a unique 3 + 1 (fellowship year option) program in the country. This program is especially designed for students who are interested in building and maintaining our cities, towns, infrastructure and communities from a humanistic and social scientific background. Through courses in this program you learn about the fundamentals of design & making our cities, towns infrastructure and communities in addition to learning law, policy, environmental issues, question of economics, technology, sustainability and ecology; all of which prepare you for becoming active participants in making the Built Environment of the future. Your “classrooms” are live cases and projects where you work with experts to learn how design, policy and law and go hand in hand to make buildings, cities, infrastructure to secure development that is just and equitable for communities. You visit and intern in firms that work globally in areas of housing, urban development, community design and development, conservation and heritage management, landscape design, sustainable development to develop your own insights into the variety of people who work on the Built Environment. You also avail of many exchange opportunities with similar programs in some of the top schools of design globally.
The Architectural Studies program, is geared towards students who are especially keen to embark on a career of engaging with the built environment from the point of view of nature, culture, history, politics and society. The program combines course from design and the liberal arts to produce professionals who are committed to understanding and making our built environment just, safe and equitable. Graduate of this program would be part of a team of professionals who ensure that building designs and construction happens in a manner that is historically sensitive, contextually appropriate and both pleasing and sensitive to the needs of its inhabitants

Bachelor of Business Administration is an Under-Graduate Business Management course. The duration of a Bachelor of Business Administration is three-four years, divided into several semesters. The Bachelor of Business Administration course can be pursued either as a Full-Time Graduate Course or Part-Time Graduate Course i.e. through Correspondence or Distance Education depending upon one’s choice. Bachelor of Business Administration is often referred to as B.B.A (General) or B.B.A Pass Course. It is General in the sense that it is not Subject Specific, and one can choose several combinations of subjects, apart from two Compulsory Subjects. These combinations vary from institute to institute.

Financial Markets  programme  will be able to understand the different product and services offered by financial markets and institutions. They will have understanding of various financial data sources and will be equipped with various tools and techniques to analyse financial data and draw meaningful inferences. Our students of BBA (Hons.) – Financial Markets  will also be able to understand and participate in policy debates related to innovation in products and services offered by these markets and institutions. Aspirants of this program should have good analytical and quantitative skills and must have keen interest in learning about the dynamic and evolving financial markets and related institutions.

The Global B.Com. (Hons.) is the first programme being launched under the India Australia Global Education Initiative.The programme will offer innovative models of global education, training, and research for students in India. Students will commence studies with JGU in India and subsequently transfer to a Deakin University campus in Australia. 

The Global B.Com. (Hons.) offered in collaboration between JGU and Deakin University promises an education experience that blends the best of both institutions through an industry-relevant education portfolio,world-class faculty, and dynamic learning environment on the campuses of JGU in India and Deakin University in Australia. The unique portfolio of two undergraduate degrees from both institutions and a master’s degree from Deakin will ensure that graduates have an incredible opportunity to learn and grow in two international university systems.

Programme Introduction” to the following “Students continuing on to the Master’s programme will spend another 1.5 years at Deakin University pursuing their post-graduation at the end of which they will graduate with the MBA (International Business) degree in addition to the two undergraduate degrees
